Two story apartment, one attic bedroom with a double bed and a single bed. Exposed timber beams, spiral staircase, downstairs open plan living room with a sofa, dining and fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with a shower, entrance from balcony. Floor heating and an electric fireplace for extra heat.
Nestled in the heart of the pristine Southern Bohemian forest, our house invites you to enjoy the area’s lush natural surroundings from well-appointed accommodation only 7km from the UNESCO world heritage town of Český Krumlov and 14 km from beautiful Lake Lipno. Here you will find the surroundings perfect for mountain biking, hiking, canoeing, rafting, horse riding and skiing.
Set within a tastefully renovated 18th century estate that functioned as a mill and blacksmith forge until the 1940’s, the house offers four fully self-contained apartments, outdoor entertaining areas, and a creek-side barbecue.
Ideally situated to take advantage of the surrounding forest’s peace and tranquility, or indulge in the many cultural activities of the region, there is definitely something for everyone.
Transport from Český Krumlov to Novosedly by bus. The buses are however very limited and we recommend to have your own transportation.

Wunderschöne individuelle Ferienwohnung in ruhiger und idyllischer Umgebung. Ideal zum Wandern oder für Ausflüge in das turbulente touristische Cesky Krumlov. Für Kinder ideal. Unsere Tochter war begeistert. Diese durfte die Hühner und Ziegen fütterten und auf dem Hof und im Garten herumtollen.Im Sommer lädt der nahegelegene Bach zum planschen ein.
Die Besitzerin ist sehr nett, tolerant und strahlt viel Herzenswärme aus.
Wir empfehlen es 100% weiter. Wenn es nicht so weit zu fahren wäre ,würden wir bei nächster Gelegenheit wieder kommen.

Die Wohnung war gemütlich und wir wurden freundlich empfangen. Die Ferienwohnung liegt ruhig und idyllisch und doch ist man nur 7 Kilometer von Ceski Krumlov entfernt, diesem überraschend faszinierenden, aber leider auch sehr touristischen Kleinod in Südböhmen. Daneben gibt es in der Nähe aber viele weitere spannende Ort, die man erkunden kann, z.B. den schönen Lipno-Stausee.
