About this house rental
The house is located close to the sea and about 8 minutes driving from the amazing port of Naoussa. The property is very green, full of flowers and fruit trees, with small olive plantations which one can admire sitting on 2nd floor veranda as well as the marvelous sea view.
There is a pool with complete privacy, 2 outside BBQ and a gas grill for you to enjoy your vacations.
The house is gated and surrounded by a wall to ensure absolute privacy. There are 3 very comfortable bedrooms in the house and each of them has it´s own bathroom.
There is an additional airconditioned room in the basement which can be set up as additional bed room, or gym / dance room with stretching mats and boxing bag etc it also has a bath room.

Great house to share with a group of 6 adults. 3 of the 4 beds where comfortable . Kitchen was fully equipped for cooking everything from simple bbqs(gas or charcoal)to gourmet meals. **Wooden countertops were a challenge to maintain. Close drives to several great beaches - but you need to have your own beach towels. The area was very quiet, the home was private and secure. Main part of the house doesn’t have AC but the ceiling fans and open windows with the great
breeze kept the house very comfortable and each bedroom had its own AC. Everything you need is within a 15 to 30 min drive.(groceries, beaches, restaurants,bakery) we would stay here again.

Nous avions choisi cette propriété pour sa localisation contiguë à Naoussa, critère principal pour des ados qui sortent le soir. La carte Abritel était très claire. En réalité, la localisation indiquée sur la carte était erronée et la maison située en fait à 6/7 kms de Naoussa, dans un endroit isolé, ce qui a engendré des frais de taxi... Nous avons appris cette erreur une fois le montant de la réservation payé.
A titre de compensation, la maison était entièrement équipée et agréable, la piscine grande et à bonne température, les espaces extérieurs nombreux et plutôt conviviaux. Accès plage pas hyper simple sans voiture (également un peu loin - 15 / 20 minutes à pied pour une plage ventée et assez sauvage). Voiture indispensable pour tout y compris pour aller chercher le pain.
À noter : la présence de deux chats non signalée, attachés à la maison (à nourrir). Et des chiens bruyants à côté.
Dans un contexte de transparence, nous aurions donc fait un autre choix (l’offre de maisons étant très large vu que nous avions réservé en tout début d'année).
Donc, vraie déception, mais bon séjour car nous aimons cette île.
