very nice 140m² apartment with 114m² terrace located on the 1st floor of a building with excellent panoramic frontal and lateral view of the sea which is just opposite you just have to cross a small pedestrian road.
Through this pedestrian road you can walk to avenida dos banhos where the Casino is located as well as the parks for children, indoor and outdoor swimming pool, cycle path .....
the apartment is composed of 3 large bedrooms with fitted wardrobes giving all access to the terrace and sea view:
1 master suite: 160 bed with TV, private bathroom with bathtub
1 bedroom: 160 bed
1 bedroom: 2 single beds
2 other bathrooms: 1 with bath and other with shower
fully equipped kitchen: induction hob, oven, washing machine, dishwasher, dryer, fridge / freezer, microwave, classic coffee machine + nespresso, toaster, kettle, etc.
very large living / dining room opening onto the terrace with very nice frontal and lateral sea views.
large flat screen.
very large terrace so that children can play in peace, with deckchairs, garden furniture, table with chairs + parasol
vacuum cleaner, hair dryer, iron + table
the apartment is secure, very quiet location.

Fantastisch appartement, ruim,schoon,alles is aanwezig. Super groot terras, prachtig uitzicht, 20 minuutjes lopen naar het centrum over de boulevard waar genoeg te zien is. Communicatie beetje lastig moet in het Portugees. Maar met Google translate lukt het wel. Al met al top vakantie gehad.

Wonderful view of the ocean. I enjoyed walking along the boardwalk. Very large patio area, great for outdoor eating.
