About this villa rental
-Finca located between the city of Manacor and Porto Cristo harbour, strategically located to access many beaches along the east coast of the island.
- The house has four rooms with beds for 8 adults or children over 3 years and two free cots for babies under 3 years. All beds measure 2 meters long, 6 single are 90 wide and a double bed is 1. 50 wide.
- The rooms have all the necessary beds, wardrobe and mirror each and with an air conditioner and a heating stove in each room.
- The house has two bathrooms with everything necessary for comfortable use. There is a third bathroom available in the pool area.
- Full kitchen with gas plate and dishwasher with all the necessary elements to cook and eat during the entire stay. It also has a 5-stage osmosis filter for drinking water and cooking with easily.
- The finca have 12 x 6 meter large pool where we have 8 sunbeds for take the sun and a large garden with beautiful mountain views. Quiet and safe environment thanks to the fact that the whole property is fenced.
- ready for more than 10 years for vacation rentals.
- It has 2 playgrounds, a deck for rainy days or bad weather that includes a trampoline, table tennis, slate, children's table with chairs among others and another area for children in the garden consisting of table with tree trunks chairs, a playground with slide and swings for children and two ropes for swing hanging from nearby trees, among other games.
- It has 2 porches with a gas barbecue to enjoy a meal in good company and a large and beautiful garden.
- The farm has very large dimensions, approximately 100,000 m2 where you can take long walks in the mountains and enjoy some animals that we have such as sheep, chickens, donkeys ...
- The farm is located on a small mountain overlooking the mountains. There are few neighbors nearby and we have never had any complaints about them bothering them since they are quite far away.
- Free parking
- There are many fruit trees with which you can pick up, if they are in season, all the fruits you want. On the farm there is also a chicken coop with some chickens and ducks.
- Free wifi.
- The nearest beaches are Cala Varques and Porto Cristo, which are about 15 minutes from the finca by car, although most of the beaches on the east side of the island are about 20-25 minutes by car.
- Rafael Nadal's tennis academy is very close to the farm, about five minutes away, as well as the city of Manacor, where you can find everything you need for your vacations, has many supermarkets, restaurants, shops with typical food of the island, among other things.

Uns hat es in der Woche an nichts gefehlt. Die Ausstattung der Finca ist toll, sowohl hinsichtlich Einrichtung, Küche und Möglichkeiten zum Zeitvertreib für Kinder. Das zur Finca gehörige Gelände ist riesig, man kann sich an Orangenbäumen, und frisch gelegten Eiern der zur Finca gehörigen Hühnern bedienen, hat ein schönen Blick von der Terasse und dem Pool. Der Pool war während unserer Zeit (Ende Oktober) zwar sehr kalt, aber wir haben in trotzdessen genutzt und genossen!!
Als einziges kleines Manko sind die Geräusche der naheliegenden Straße zu nennen, die man bei bestimmten Windlagen doch recht deutlich hört.

A big thank you to Joan and his family for a stress free and relaxing stay in their home. We stayed for a week in August and found it to be a very practical home that has great character. There are lots of land and lots of room for children under 2 to run around and a very large pool for all to cool off.Only down side about the house is that the bathrooms could do with some updating but is practical and working order.The owner Joan is very helpful and always available at any time of day to help with advice or knowledge on markets, beachs and areas to visit.Manacor is 10 mins drive for shopping and Porto Cristo has a nice beach and supermarket as an alternative. Try the restaurant next to the house as it has lovely food and wine.Thanks again
