BEFORE YOU BOOK PLEASE READ
From November 1- April 15 please be aware that the Utah Department of Transportation and Town of Brighton rules about canyon travel require snow tires (3PMSF) or chains to make it safely up the canyon and to the home. Snow plowing on neighborhood roads is provided by local vendors and intermittent. Cottonwood Lodging does not have control over snow plowing. DO NOT TAKE UBERS OR LYFTS TO THIS PROPERTY. Plan to check in between 4pm-8pm to avoid unplowed roads if it is storming and note that this home can accommodate ONLY 2 vehicles.
Winter Guided Arrival:
- At the request of the neighborhood to ensure that no one gets stuck or lost and disturbs the locals, a staff member will meet you on the main road and guide you to your property. Plan to check in between 4pm - 8pm. This will allow us to provide assistance if necessary and help to avoid unplowed roads if it is storming. Please do not arrive on your own even if you have stayed with us before. This keeps a positive relationship with the neighbors who appreciate it.

Limber Pine Lodge is a private, high-altitude home situated at the bottom of Brighton Ski Resort's slopes and only a mile from Solitude Ski Resort. The cabin was designed and furnished as a private get-away. A rustic, mountain home with breathtaking views of Silver Lake in summer that can be seen from nearly every room in the house and easy ski access in winter to two of Utah's highest elevation resorts. The wilderness awaits you with hiking trails, fishing, mountain biking, snowshoeing, skiing, snowboarding, and cross-country skiing within view of the house. This vacation rental offers all the comforts and privacy you need in the heart of the Wasatch Mountains.
MAIN LEVEL:
-Living Room- comfortable seating in front of a huge gas fireplace, awesome views of Silver Lake, and a sun room.
-Kitchen- fully updated, well-supplied with cooking tools, and ready for you to prepare hearty meals. Keep the chef company at the breakfast bar!
-Dining Room- Large wood table seats 8, with extra seating at the breakfast bar.
UPSTAIRS:
-Primary Suites (2)- Across the staircase from one another, each primary suite is equipped with a king bed, lounge area, smart TV, gas fireplace, and ensuite bathroom with a separate shower and jetted tub!
DOWNSTAIRS:
-Queens Bedroom- Two queen beds in a spacious room with patio access and full ensuite bathroom.
-Full/Twin Bunkroom- Down the hall, this room has 2 bunks with full mattresses on bottom and twins on top. Also features an ensuite full bathroom and patio access.
-Den- Cozy up in front of the fireplace and watch a movie with the family on our large flatscreen! There is also a common bathroom off of this room with large double shower (perfect for rinsing off before and after using the hot tub!).
-Laundry Area- Full-sized, modern washer and dryer with detergent provided.
There is driveway parking for 2 cars in winter due to the snow, and 3 cars in summer. Please contact us if you need additional parking.

Our group of 8 guys stayed here. Awesome layout for kitchen and main living area. It was perfect for our group to socialize. Ski Out was a little bit of a hike up the road, but not bad, maybe 100 yards or so, and we skied directly back to the house. Easy access to Brighton, and you can access Solitude via the Sol-Bright trail if you have an Ikon Pass. House manager was very responsive. The back entry way could use a little repair, but other than that, this house was well stocked. We would stay here again.
