Our pet friendly and spacious entire 2nd-floor apartment is in a 1910 heritage home. Not suitable for children. Beautiful views from the front sunroom, large front porch and small back veranda overlooking a charming garden area and wooded hill. Full kitchen, fridge, stove, microvave, coffee maker, etc. 2 Bedrooms, Dining Room, Living Room, Sunroom. Short 5 minute walk to Cleveland's stunning Edgewater Park, Beach and new multi-million dollar Beach House/Bar/Food. Bike and walking paths and the best bay view of Downtown Cleveland.

We really enjoyed our stay! The hosts were very kind and accommodating. The neighborhood was quiet, but close enough to enjoy downtown Cleveland. The home was clean and had so much charm. The decor was well thought out and intentional.We especially enjoyed the LEGO decor! The overall vibe was peaceful and welcoming. It truly felt like home away from home. Thank you, Robert and Tony!

Wonderful place! Robert is an exceptional host, greeting you on arrival. He is very welcoming, friendly, and kind. He responds quickly to inquiries, and provides great recommendations. Tony is a pleasure, easy to talk to, and also very welcoming. A great team -The property is a gem - a century home, with original woodwork, and complimentary decor and design. All the comforts of home, thoughtful amenities. And quiet. Very comfy couch and bed. The sunroom has turn-of-the century grace, and the outside porch is a very nice place to sit and watch the world go by. Nice neighbors. We are looking forward to our next stay!

Neighborhood was lovely. Enjoyed the second floor porch watching all the local animals. Bed was firmer than expected. Host was willing to share the cost of a memory foam mattress topper that was left on the bed. The decorations were better than pictures - Lego flowers and art matched the bohemian feel. The complimentary snacks and drinks were much appreciated. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend.

What a treasure. A whole second floor apartment space full of charm, and a very welcoming host. All the details were thought of, and they go above and beyond, even as far as coffee in the pantry and beer in the fridge! We spent lots of time on the balcony. The bed was very comfortable. We forgot beach towels and they kindly lent us a couple. Short drives to everywhere we wanted to go. An altogether delightful visit!

Everything was perfect! The host greeted us and gave us a tour. They have created a home away from home for their guests. From the thoughtful snacks available to all the necessary comforts of home! We loved exploring the garden and relaxing on the balcony. The stay was amazing and we will be visiting again whenever we have plans in Cleveland.

We really enjoyed our stay and Robert was an absolutely delightful host. The "apartment " was the most beautifully decorated place I have ever stayed and we've stayed a LOT of places. There was the most exquisite attention to detail with artifacts from all over the world to catch your eye. I admired something new and interesting each day we were there. Walkable to the beach, clean, quiet, charming neighborhood with nice neighbors. Not far to reach downtown district by car not too far to Cuyahoga National Park. We saw so many beautiful areas and one day went waterfall chasing. I didn't know Ohio had so many waterfalls. All this to say, you will definitely not regret staying at this beautiful destination, close to so much to do in Cleveland!

We’ve stayed at Robert’s before and jumped at the chance to return when visiting our friends in town. This is a great location with cozy decor and a great use of space. Not to mention the providing of snacks and coffee for easy mornings. We’ll definitely be back again!

We won’t look elsewhere, when staying in Cleveland. Just loved the house and Robert and Tony were wonderful. The home is a short walk from the lake/beach which will be great in the summer. Everything we needed was thought of and the house had such character. It was decorated beautifully. We will definitely be back!!

This apartment is beautifully and uniquely decorated and furnished and very clean. Hosts are very friendly and helpful and considerate. Given the urban location, this was a very quiet neighborhood. Particularly enjoyed the balcony, which was in addition to a separate sun room. Very comfortable and very close to Edgewater beach and park and many restaurants.

This was my daughter and my first visit to Cleveland. We loved our stay at Edgewater! The hosts were so friendly, The house was perfect and the location made it easy to drive to all the touristy spots. My favorite thing was walking from the house to the park along Lake Erie everyday. Just gorgeous!! I’d highly recommend staying here.

They did a great job updating and decorating the rooms (as seen in the pics). The host was great, and they provided lots of snacks and kitchen basics. Very helpful. The location was a little difficult without a car, but that was our choice. 5 stars if you have a rental. I deducted one star for the beds. They are quite hard, but I prefer softer beds in general. Maybe they'll be fine for you.

We travelled from Boston on a very quick getaway. We visited my dear friend, and the best college roommate a girl could’ve asked for (yes, we are still friends 30+ years later!). Our first night was valentines night, and we enjoyed an awesome dinner at Taza! We road tripped and spent the next day in Columbus and of course we spent a couple of days at the legendary Rock and Roll Hall of Fame! We enjoyed time with my friend and her family as well. Our stay in this Boho Chic apartment started with such positivity the minute we walked in! First and foremost, Robert is such an incredibly welcoming and hospitable host! He was patient as our arrival time was delayed twice. He made himself available throughout our entire stay. Although we did not get to meet Tony, we did know he was on standby if we needed anything! Their warmth and creativity is evident in the vibrant, colorful and on trend decor throughout the unit! They take meticulous care of the property and it shows! The location gave us awesome access to everything we wanted to do and with such a packed schedule and small amount of time, that was a must! So thankful to have had such a comfortable “home base” for our Cleveland adventure. we would definitely stay here again!

Great upstairs of a house in a safe neighborhood, very close to the lake and the fun of Cleveland. The place has a charming European look, comfortable bed. Robert was very friendly, excellent on communication. He met us at the door to show us around the upstairs. What I was most impressed with was his concern for us when we didn’t show up on the day we were supposed to arrive. Most people would have just shrugged it off but he made sure we were okay! Robert met us upon arrival and gave us a tour of the apartment. It looked just like the photos in the listing, perhaps better. We were in town to visit some friends and also to play some music at various venues around town. The day after we arrived I needed to practice, but Robert's partner was working from home that day and the music would have been a distraction. Robert went the extra mile and arranged for me and one of my band mates to practice in his nearby church. This was very much appreciated! The apartment is comfortable, well-stocked, very quiet, has good WiFi, and has its own private entrance. We would definitely stay here again the next time we are in Cleveland!

My parents and I had a great stay here. We came for a quick trip and picked this place based on the photos. They did not disappoint. The place was perfectly decorated, very comfortable for 3 people and had everything you would need for a long weekend. Robert and Tony have really thought of everything. They were so kind throughout our stay. We were very comfortable and happy with trip. The neighborhood is adorable and quiet. I saw a deer run down the street while relaxing on the balcony. Parking was easy. We always found a spot right across the street. I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Cleveland. You won’t be disappointed!

Probably one of the most well equipped rental properties I have stayed at. It had everything we needed for our extended weekend stay in Cleveland. The location is close to everything and was pleasantly surprised to see how close it was to the Edgewater Parks. If you want to experience the neighborhoods of Cleveland rather than being trapped in a tourist suburb, this is your place. I would highly recommend this property and would stay again.

This property was lovely. The experience staying here was perfect from the booking process and interactions with Robert, the Manager to the beautiful decor in the apartment and the ideal location. The apartment was clean, well stocked, it had everything we needed and more. Lovely neighborhood with very easy on street parking. We will definitely stay again on our next trip to Cleveland.
