The room is always well appointed, clean, and stocked. That outdoor shower is heaven. Booking extra days for housekeeping is a breeze. Ana is great in keeping in touch. She is a delight, and so very helpful. The staff is very helpful as well.
We can't wait for our next visit:)

After many trips to the Esperanza, this was our first visit to Chileno Bay. Great accommodations. Better than expected integration with the hotel management/services. Very nice resort.

The property itself is unmatched from its beauty, service, and amenities. This Condo is BEAUTIFUL. Dania, is the best host I've had the pleasure of dealing with and made our trip incredibly relaxing. She took care of dinner reservations, transportation and a number of other things we asked her to do. No hesitation and quick delivery of everything we asked for. We'll be back, hopefully sooner rather than later.
