Ramiro had everything ready for us. César met us at the door and showed us around. The place was spacious and clean. Definitely got a little more of a workout going up the spiral staircase to the penthouse.

Thanks for a great accommodation. The location was fantastic in Zona Romantica, a little further up the street which we quite liked. Very easy to walk anywhere we wanted. The apartment itself was clean and nice. Beautiful patios with great views. The apartment was clean, secure, and had beautiful light. I really appreciated that Ramiro arranged to have us picked up at the airport and brought to the apartment - it was lovely. Thanks for a great stay.
Downsides: I would warn anyone that's elderly or has physical limitations that there are a lot of stairs involved; it was not at all a problem for us. The bed is quite hard/not the most comfortable. The blinds are a little ragged but work well. Shower pressure is more of a heavy trickle (but I think this is easily fixed with a different shower head).

I was surprised that I had to go through a Law Office to get to the property but ok. I had read the reviews about the stairs so I was not bothered by them until…..those are some very steep SPIRAL stairs to the penthouse apartment! Ok, I’ll only need to bring my 48lb suitcase down it once. The apartment was decent; great airflow so I never needed the A/C. Was very disappointed that the hammock was not there as advertised in the photos. I was handed a set of 5 keys. The property mgr didn’t speak any English so I had to figure those out for myself. The exterior lights didn’t work the entire time I was there. The water pressure was barely a trickle, it took at least 5-10 minutes to open the door every time. The TV had no signal. I reached out to the property manager on my 2nd day. He came and fixed the water pressure and “greased the lock”. Nothing was done about the exterior lights or the TV. Every night when I came back to the apartment all the interior lights were off leading up to the penthouse, despite my turning them on before I left for the day. There’s no lightning at all for the 2nd set of spiral stairs leading up to the sun deck so I could only be up there until sunset for fear of failing down the stairs in the dark. Some of towels were moldy in the bathroom and my dog has better pillows. The water jug leaked all over the floor and I had to clean it up several days in a row. Having paid a substantial cleaning fee, I expected it to be clean. I also expected to have at least a freshen up during my 2 week stay. The only thing that was wonderful about this property was the central location to everything. I will be looking for other accommodations for my return trips. This was my first VRBO stay and I gotta say, I think I prefer my boutique hotel instead.
