About this apartment rental
Our spacious one bedroom has all you need with a fully equipped kitchen & bath. We provide all linens and appliances as well as coffee and hot chocolate. It's the perfect space for a quiet getaway. If you want activity we are a short 1/2 hour drive from Gatlingburg, Pigeon Forge, Sevierville, & tourism. We are only minutes from hiking in the Great Smoky Mountains National Park (Cosby Entrance area). We are pet friendly. Free Apple TV, WI-FI, & Washer/dryer.
We offer a one bedroom, second floor apartment with vaulted ceilings with an enclosed screened porch so privacy is no issue. The apartment is separate from the main home. Our apartment has full kitchen and bath, a king size bed, and two extra long couches. A relaxing electric fireplace was just added for the cooler weather. The apartment has a new washer, dryer, & full size water heater so there is plenty of hot water for guests. All new appliances are being installed, only the fridge is left to change. We will gladly accommodate up to 6 total guests using Coleman cots.
You have a personal (free) parking space and an enclosed private porch. The entire apartment is yours and sits among a small vineyard of concord and muscadine grape vines and fig trees. The fruit is used regularly to make jams, jellies, and goodies which are available for purchase.

This is a rural country environment....we do not have sidewalks and you must walk through grass. A pullout sofa bed and Coleman cots serve as sleeping arrangements for a 3rd - 6th person. Sheets, Blankets, and pillows are provided.
Public transportation is non-existent in this rural area, so you will need a car. During deep winter we do receive fair amounts of snow.
We love our neighborhood because it's family. I grew up on this property so it holds a special place in my heart. My Papa still lives on the property. He is very friendly and a talkative type. Papa makes all the jellies, jams, and woodcrafts you see in the apartment in his small workshop. We're all friendly and the views are great. It's quiet and safe. We've never felt more at peace than here. We love our area and how close we are to local eateries, the Foothills Parkway, and even the nearby tourism (30-45 min based on destination and traffic). This is a country mountain area and wildlife is all around. Please enjoy it and be safe.
