The owner met me with an English/Russian interpreter and told me that the apartment that I booked didn't have water so he took me to another apartment which was new, clean and well equipped and few minutes walking from the mall Lavina
The owner Mr. Vadim was friendly and very helpful also the interpreter Zhena was helpful and showed me around the city. I highly recommend dealing with Mr. VADIM

The apartment that I stayed is different than the one that I booked because the water was off in that part of Sumy. The manager met me at the train station with an interpreter and too me to a different apartment. Both were good peple, very helpful. The apartment is revovated with new appliances and bathroom.
There could be a little more furniture and a better mattress. A few more towels in the kitchen.
