Modern spacious apartment for the two of us. Has a north facing balcony so would be lovely in the summer. Manager dealt with any issues very promptly. Very clean and well managed. In Telde old town, easy to get shopping and not far to carry. Loved the bathroom most, sky light above the shower.

A nice apartment in the Old town area of Telde. All modern fittings with TV and good Wifi. Handy garage as parking is difficult. Fairly quiet but typical of an apartment building.The owner was very attentive and quick to reply to any request,although we did not meet. The view is excellent .Although the weather was poor, (Cold and windy) Elena provided an extra heater and the blankets were nice. Local transport is handy and there are several different places to eat. Good to be outside the tourist areas but very central for the whole island. I would recommend.

Alles ordentlich und sauber. Gut organisiert. Perfekte kommunikation via WhatsApp und Mail in englisch. Freundliche Vermieter. Gerne wieder.
