This large, modern apartment for a maximum of 10 people is located in a typical Austrian country house, directly on the slopes of Kaprun in Salzburgerland and is a real ski-in, ski-out accommodation in winter!

The apartment is on the 2nd floor. It is spacious and modernly furnished and offers a beautiful living room with a sofa bed and an open fully equipped kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. From the balcony you have a unique view of the surrounding mountain landscape. In summer you can also use the large garden. Parking is available directly at the country house.

In Zell am See - Kaprun, the Ski Alpin Card offers a total of 408 kilometers of slopes in 3 top ski areas: the Schmittenhöhe as a family-friendly ski area, the Kitzsteinhorn glacier ski area offers a high alpine experience and the Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn ski circus has a large number of varied slopes.

In addition to winter sports, there are also plenty of sports options for the other seasons: rafting or white water canoeing, hiking, mountain biking, golf on the 18-hole golf course, which is just a few minutes away. The Seespitz and Erlberg public pools in Zell am See also offer lots of swimming fun in summer!
