Apartment Panorama Sea View 5 Terre Portofino

Everything about our 4 night stay was very enjoyable. We had plenty of room for 4 adults and a teenager. The apartment is very clean and comfortable. The decks, orchards, and views are wonderful. The nearest grocery store is a short drive. The location is very good for exploring the area as it is very convenient to drive down (5 minutes) to Chiavari, where you will find free parking and easy access to the train station. The owner, Elisa, is an absolute gem. She absolutely loves to greet her guests and make sure you have everything they need to enjoy your stay. She can answer any question you could possible think to ask. You feel like you are visiting your Italian family that you never knew you had! The price is much more reasonable than other locations on and near the Cinque Terre. And the smell of the flowers between your parking and your door is like the icing on the cake! We absolutely recommend this apartment!

We had a wonderful time at Elisa's place. The apartment was equipped with everything we could need, (including very fast WiFi-a big hit with our 3 teenage girls!) and the garden and views were amazing. We had fresh eggs, vegetables, honey, and olive oil available from a neighbouring farm. But best of all was Elisa-she welcomed us with open arms, recommended wonderful places to eat, provided bikes and maps and even invited us along to a great party! We enjoying travelling to the beaches along the coast and had a brilliant holiday

My wife and I had a lovely time at Casa Limone. It is very comfortable, well equipped and spotlessly clean. Parking space is right outside. Elisa is a warm and welcoming hostess, with endless knowledge of the area. Her advice was invaluable. We would certainly use the accommodation again, and wholeheartedly recommend Casa Limone to other couples

We stayed with Elisa in the Autumn and had a marvellous time. The house is well appointed, clean and ticks all the boxes required for a family holiday,it is the gardens however that clinch the deal. Laid out in a series of terraces they contain virtually every type of fruit tree youve heard of and possibly a number you haven't. Elisa is an excellent host, most helpful and a mine of information regarding the surrounding region, she is also the owner of a golden retreiver called Ohni who my children have become inordinately fond of, so no doubt we will be knocking on Elisa's front door again, probably sooner than later.

Nous avons découvert un petit bout de paradis à la Villa delle Rose qui appartient à un ange. Effectivement, à notre arrivée à l'appartement, nous avons rencontré Élisa. Elle nous a accueilli avec les bras ouverts et a proposé, selon nos goûts, des endroits que nous pourrions visités (elle a tout les pamphlets qui concernent sa région).De plus, elle nous a guidé à travers sa propriété qui était impeccablement maintenue. L'appartement était très confortable pour notre famille de 5. La cuisine est fournie avec tout ce qui est nécessaire, les lits sont très confortables. Un des plus grands atout de la propriété est la vue qu'elle offre. L'appartement est muni de balcon tout le tour et les vues qu'il offre sont inoubliables, la mer, les collines. Malgré le fait que nous n'étions pas dans la région pour une longue période, nous avons décidé de passer une journée complète à l'appartement afin de profiter de l'espace extérieur disponible car le terrain est vraiment un bijou. Que dire d'Élisa, il n'y a pas de mots pour exprimer à quel point elle est une perle, elle nous a facilité la vie en nous donnant des trucs pour nos différentes visites. Élisa a effectué plusieurs réservation dans des restaurants fréquentés par des gens de la région qui étaient excellents et très abordables. Elisa nous a fait sentir comme si nous étions de sa famille et nous a même préparé un excellent pesto et un gateau salé pour souligner l'anniversaire de mon conjoint. Notre seul regret est de ne pas y avoir séjourné plus longtemps. Nous n'arrêtons pas de venter Élisa et son domaine et espérons y retourné pour un séjour beaucoup plus long. Merci Élisa.

One of the best experiences we had in Italy was meeting Elisa at her place. She is a pearl, she was everything, an amazing host, an amazing cook (her pesto was the best we ever had), an amazing tourist guide. She gave us amazing tips, suggestions for sightseeing and beaches. She also made reservations for restaurants with local cuisine and local customers. She made us feel like if we were visiting our family. Our little daughter of 20 months was also amazed by Oni, Elisa's Golden Retriever, who is so people friendly. Even after 1 month, she still asks for Oni. The apartment is located in a small town called Leivi which is close to Chiavari, Cinque Terre and Genoa (if you need, Elisa will guide you and give you documentation, she has everything) The apartment is also amazing, it is clean, well furnished and the views are gorgeous. We were eating on the terrace every day and seeing the sea and the mountains at the same time. In the kitchen you find everything you need. The garden with the fruits and vegetables is to die for, Elisa installed a swing for our little Sarah. Our two teens also enjoyed the babyfoot table and the hamacs. We slept like babies with the breeze that was coming in from the hill. The only regret we had was not staying for a month. Holidays are unforgettable with what you visit but even more when you meet people like Elisa. Since we came back from Italy, when we talk about our trip, one of the first thing we talk about is our great stay at Elisa's place. Hopefully we will have the chance to go back to Ville delle Rose Thanks a lot Elisa for everything.

Nous avons particulièrement apprécié l'accueil très chaleureux d’Élisa la propriétaire qui a été vraiment disponible et qui est allée bien au delà de son rôle d'hôte !! Elle est polyglotte et manie même l'humour en français. L'appartement est tout à fait conforme à la description. Il est idéalement situé pour découvrir les côtes de la Ligurie et Gênes sans voiture avec un arrêt de bus pour Chiavari à 1 minute de la maison. Concernant l'équipement, tout était à portée de main. Nous avons découvert la région avec les conseils d’Élisa avec beaucoup de plaisir et en 2 semaines nous n'avons pas encore tout vu. Il faudra que nous revenions !!

Wir verbrachten im Sommer 2012 zwei wunderschöne Wochen in der sehr sauberen und gut eingerichteten Ferienwohnung der Villa Rose. Der Blick vom Balkon auf bewaldete Hügel und ein herrliches Tal mit vielen Olivenbäumen und dem Meer in der Ferne war grandios. Auch die Terrasse im Garten, beschattet und hübsch möbliert haben wir sehr gerne genutzt. Alles toll! Was die Zeit so besonders und zum sich Wohlfühlen familiär hat werden lassen, war die unglaublich freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieterin Elisa mit ihrem lieben Hund Oni. Sie war stets ansprechbar, beantwortete alle Fragen und gab wertvolle Tipps über Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants (Pizzeria etwas oberhalb in Leivi zu empfehlen, wie auch Luchin in Chiavari), Verkehrsverbindungen, Veranstaltungen, Wandermöglichkeiten .... Die Stadt Chiavari haben wir in unser Herz geschlossen mit ihrem natürlichen italienischen Charme und einer sehenswerten Altstadt. Einen netten Sandstrand fanden wir in Sestri Levante. Chiavari ist perfekt als Ausgangspunkt für die vielen attraktiven Ausflugsziele zwischen Genua und La Spezia, ohne selbst den großen Touristenrummel zu haben. Also tolle Gegend, tolle Gastgeberin sehr zu empfehlen

My husband, our 18-month old Daughter, my parents and I stayed at Villa Delle Rose for a week and loved every minute of it. We came to the Italian Riviera to attend a wedding and my husband managed to find this guest accommodation rather than having to pay for an over-priced hotel in Rapallo or Santa Margherita. We are so pleased he did! As soon as we arrived the owner Elisa did everything to make us feel welcome and gave us all the information we could possibly need for our stay. She speaks about 4 different languages and has lots of stories to tell, I found her very warm and pleasant and not intruding in any way (she lives downstairs in the same house) The house is situated on top of a rather big hill about 5mins drive from Chiavari so you really need a car to get around. We did the walk a couple of times but it is not ideal in the Italian summer heat (and with a buggy!) If you want to go out in the evening, it is a good idea to pre-book a cab and Elisa was more than happy to help with this too. Whilst we were there we went to Rapallo and did a day's boat trip to Santa Margherita, Portofino and San Fruttuoso, it was a wonderful day so would definitely recommend. Our only regret was that we didn't stay there for two weeks as when we arrived in France for our second week the weather wasn't half as good and we missed Villa Delle Rose and Elisa's hospitality already!

I lack words to say how much we enjoyed our stay in Leiwi. We were 2 families, 7 persons: 4 adults with 3 children, and we brought our dog (golden retriever) with us. We got to the apartment by 2 cars, and Elisa provided us with 2 parking places. I would say, each guest had a good time, including the dog. Children had plenty of space and equipment to play. The dog had own area in the garden and a good friend Oni, Elisa's beautiful dog. Adults were amazed by sightseeings out of each window, light rooms and airy balconies all over the apartment. As well very comfortable barbecue area was always to our service, and we enjoyed a couple evenings spent there. Elisa, the host of the house, is a treasure. She is very helpful and welcoming. Thanks to Elisa we discovered a lot of places around which otherwise we would never find. She helped us to settle any thing we asked her about. I would recommend to stay at Elisa's apartment. Good time and warm atmosphere is guaranteed.

My wife, dog and I stayed at Villa delle Rose for three weeks. We enjoyed our stay with our hostess Elisa and her dog Oni so much that we returned for a second visit after vacationing in Tuscany. From the moment we arrived for our first stay Elisa welcomed us with extremely helpful information about where to visit and where to shop for food. Elisa made restaurant reservations for us, took us to a store so we could purchase a phone, informed us about how to bring our dog on the trains, made an appointment for our dog to be groomed and to visit a veterinarian in nearby Chiavari and even called a barber to set up a haircut appointment for me. From day 1 Elisa eliminated all of our fears about adjusting. Elisa has a plethora of knowledge, which she eagerly shares, about the nearby seaside villages, including Sestri Levante and Santa Margherita as well as the places further away such as Genoa. She also spent considerable time helping us with the Italian language. And her dog Oni was the most friendly and well behaved dog we ever came across. Leivi, which is the town where the apartment is located, is only about a five minute drive from Chiavari, which we found to be very interesting, hospitable and fun. After getting used to the city we went to the local food market almost every day to buy local cheeses, fruits and vegetables. It wasn’t too long before we felt “at home” in Chiavari as we went to buy whatever we needed from friendly vendors. But staying at Villa delle Rose is more than about the host Elisa. When we arrived we were pleasantly surprised to see that the apartment and the views were exactly like those in the pictures. You can be rest assured that you will actually be living in a place and in a setting depicted in the photos. After just a few hours in the apartment we were on the balconies taking pictures of the surrounding mountains, homes and sea so we could send them home to our family and friends. This is the place for you and your family if you are looking for a spacious, bright and clean apartment, a place to walk among many beautiful olive trees, flowers and plants and the pleasure of having breathtaking views of the sea from your own private balconies. In all our travels throughout Europe and South America our stay at Villa delle Rose was by far the best travel experience we have ever had. Grazie mille Elisa.

Fantastisk helg i Chiavari för mig som är italienare men bor i Sverige! Vi bodde hos Elisa och hunden Oni. Elisa är snäll och trevlig och kan tipsa er på nästan allting ni skulle vilja veta. Lägenheten är fin, ren och allt fungerar. Från den blommande trädgården har man en underbar utsikt över haven. Chiavari är en mysig liten gammal stad och man kan lätt nå Cinque Terre. Mängder med restauranger i närheten. CIAO, Daniela

we stayed at villa delle rose in October 2011 the apartment is spacious, well decorated, has a beautiful view and was perfect for us (2 adults and 3 children) location is excellent to leave the car at the Chiavari train station and take the train that in 30 minutes will leave you at the cinque terre without the problem of finding a parking space we also explored Portofino, Camogli and Sestri Levante all very near Elisa, the landlady who lives just below was very helpful with a lot of suggestion on places to go and restaurant bookings so we had the possibility to experience the real Italy avoiding all the traps for tourists October was an excellent month, no crowd and perfect sea temperature An excellent location, we will come back
