Location
Couldn’t find a dustpan and broom to sweep up the pile that had been swept.
Bottle recycling bin was full for last 4 days and we couldn’t add any more

The couch, the fridge, deep freeze and the new bbq were all fantastic!
It needs a broom and scrubbing brush to help with longer stays.

Spacious
The freezer smelled very badly - couldn’t use ice in your drinks because the smell was permeated from the ice into the drinks.
The BBQ had only two burners that worked.
There was no complimentary tea or coffee or toiletries.
Lots of black stuff came out of the spa jets making it unusable.
