The staff was amazing. Very quietly attentive and responsive. Also very knowledgeable and friendly.
I loved my room too --- had a large bathroom with tons of space which was great. The closets too were ample. The floors had a great feel and seemed very clean.
The grounds are fabulous. The restaurant with cool indoor seating and cozy outdoor seating. The pool has a great view. The spa was really nice too. Taxi service they set me up with was very efficient.
No one was there to help me carry my large suitcase down a steep staircase when I had to depart at 7:30am this morning. That was kind of scary, I could have easily tripped and fell.
