About this apartment rental
A rare find! Three bedrooms and three baths and two levels make for plenty of space in this apartment. The first floor has a master bedroom-bath suite with a king bed; the second bedroom has two twin beds, and there is a kitchen and dining and living area which open onto a spacious lanai. The second floor loft bedroom has twin beds and a bathroom. Both guest bedrooms have the option for the twin beds to be converted to a King size bed (upon request and approval). There is a private lanai off the loft bedroom and en suite washer/dryer. Koa Resort is a wonderful location for a family vacation with a large swimming pool, hot tub, tennis courts and barbecue grills throughout the five acre landscaped grounds.
At this property we provide beach towels, beach chairs, and a beach cooler. We suggest renting beach toys (such as snorkel gear, paddle boards, boogie boards, etc) from one of the many rental companies on Maui.

The location was nice, pool near by, BBQ area was set up.The beach items that were in the house was AWSOME and we used most of them.

Positives: the pool, three bathrooms and three sleeping areas, the location knowing the beach was not near, useable beach chairs/cooler/Boogie boards/beach towels, the lanai, updated bathroom with plenty of towels
Negatives: not enough silverware- we bought more to have enough for each meal; worn sheets and bedding; kitchen needs updating; hard to get place cooled down; many electric plugs not functioning; difficult to unlock front door- would take multiple attempts with correct code before door would open
