Charming 3 room furnished apartment of 61 m2, in residence ideally located in the heart of the village (near gondola, thermal baths, shops ...) with parking and ski locker. 2nd floor without elevator. SOUTH exposure, crossing, very bright.
Clear view NEST and PLA D'ADET, 2 balconies, garden furniture.
Open living room on fully equipped kitchen and very functional (large oven, microwave, induction hob, fridge-freezer)
1 bedroom with 1 double bed (140 cm), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90 cm), bathroom with bath, separate toilet, large closets.
Extra services to reserve in advance: rental of bed linen and towels, cleaning at the exit (prices are provided on request).
SPECIAL CURISTIC PRICE 720 euros (April, May, June, September, October).
A deposit of 450 euros (cashed for any damage found) and a deposit of 80 euros (cashed if the apartment is not left clean) will be requested upon arrival. Tourist tax 1 € for adult and per night.

A great little apartment, just of the high street in Saint Lary. Easy access to public pool, cable car and shops / restaurants.
Amenities are very good - as listed no wi-fi, but free public access in Town is available.

Bel appartement avec une situation exceptionnelle et une orientation plein sud.
Télécabines 200m et centre du village 200m : parfait
Très bien aménagé, très bien équipé, si nous revenons à St Lary, ce sera dans cet appartement.
Propriétaires sympathiques et disponibles.
