La proximité de la plage et du centre ville. Tout peut se faire à pied. L’appartement très lumineux, bien équipé et confortable a été apprécié tout comme la grande terrasse et la vue mer et sur une belle villa.

L'emplacement, tout est possible à pied. Pouvoir se garer dans la rue et gratuitement à cette période (fin mars - début avril) La vue sur mer avec énorme terrasse Le confort de la literie
