The private and quiet ground-level in-law apartment is located on a tree lined quiet cul de sac in Crocker Highlands, on the Pidmont side of Oakland, one of the most safe and secure neighborhood, a few minutes walk to downtown Oakland, Lakeshore shopping area, rose garden, parks/trails, movie theatre, shops, farmers market, cafés, restaurants, Trader Joe’s, Whole Foods and other markets. Access through a private entry leads to 2 bedrooms, living room, bathroom and eat-in kitchen. Downtown views. The apartment is furnished with TV, sofa, chairs, tables, bookcase, tables, linens, towels, window coverings, pots and pans. One bedroom has a queen bed and the other has a twin bed. The kitchen has a gas stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes, pots, pans, table and chairs. All rooms overlook an untamed garden and offer lots of privacy. The garden has mature oaks, fruit trees and other vegetation. In unit washer and dryer are located across from the bathroom. Close access to highways 580 and 13 and public transport offer easy commuting. Utilities are included. No pets, no smoking, no vaping.
