It’s conveniently located for Srinagarind Hospital, which is just about a 10-minute walk away. Pedestrians don’t need to worry about crossing the highway, because there’s a pedestrian bridge over the highway.
At first, it wasn’t clear where the reception was. However, once the manager met me, it was easy.

The room is so huge with only 600/night with two twin beds, a kitchen with microwave and dishes, and a big bathroom. It's close to the KKU so it's really nice.
It was a little noisy at night because we rented an VIP room and it's connected to the staff room downstairs. They were chatting, I guess. It was loud enough to wake me up but it didn't last long. The apartment is a little too deep into the valley so we got confused a little.

The owner is very friendly and cleans the room quite often. Unfortunately she doesn't speak English, so you might need to use a translator. The place is clean and quiet and they got a small shop at the ground floor.
The WiFi is sometimes unstable but mostly it's working.
