The house has three bedrooms: One bedroom with private bathroom on the 1st floor and two bedrooms, on the 2nd floor (one with a double bed and the other with three single beds and a shared bathroom). On the same floor there is a large balcony overlooking the pool, the garden and the sea .; an equipped dining and living room with fireplace and view of the garden / pool. A fully equipped kitchen.
The garden is equipped with parasols, wooden beds, and a magnificent barbecue.

Owner was on hand whenever we needed him. Great communication. Lovely big house with washing machine and washing line. Beautiful surroundings and beautiful sun trap for sun worshippers. We travelled as a family of 6 encountered no problems apart from a broken toilet seat that we offered n paid for with owner. Owner was very nice and approachable. Everything was on hand and we were local to everything hoping to stay again. Carvoeiro is beautiful

REALY ENJOYED THE VILLA A WONDERFUL SUN TRAP IN THE POOL AREA. ADJACENT TO SUPERMARKET AND RESTAURANT MADE FOR A VERY ENJOYABLE HOLIDAY.

We have just returned from a week here, there was 7 of us including 2 young children. We had the most amazing time, the house is lovely and we all said how homely it felt, it doesn't feel like your staying in someone else's house at all. Francisco was really helpful and was on hand when we needed him but gave us our space otherwise. The town is gorgoeus, lovely restaurants, we are out most nights and can't fault anywhere we tried. Lovely selection of shops for adults and kids, the night time entertainment on the square was brilliant too. The beach is gorgoeus although the sea was abit too aggressive for our kids to play in, there are some calmer ones a 10 minute drive away though. Cannot fault this place and will be returning next year without a doubt.
