Beautiful recently built attic, 5 minutes walking to the city centre, it has a
wide terrace with a panoramic view on the medieval village of Certaldo Alto.
The flat (located on the third floor) is supplied with elevator, private income,
independent heating, air conditioner in living room, washing-machine, fridge, TV,
DVD player and linen.
The terrace is supplied with barbecue, a table, chairs and a deckchair.
It is furnished with fine furnitures dated back to the end of nineteenth century,
beginning of the twentieth century.

Fantastic! I can't thank the hosts enough. He had flight delays and had Vespa Scooters delivered while we were still in the air. They took care of that and it was totally not thier responsibility and can't thank them enought!! The place for 2 people is huge. Great location in Certaldo and a wonderful view of Certaldo Alto (the old town on the hill). Great Great Great!

Super clean and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen and fantastic outside terrace. Simone and his dad are always available to help. Can’t wait to stay her again.

The stY in this wonderful apartment was a real pleasure.one of the best, i ever had in my life. Wonderfull, privately equipped. Top clean.Any the large Terrace wonderfull to sit in the evening, oberlooking Certaldo alto.

"We stayed for 2 months and loved it. Romano, Simone and all other Italians we met were just wonderful. The pictures of the apartment does not give it justice. It exceeded all expectations. Thanks alot Romano and Siimone it has been a real pleasure."
