About this house rental
Holiday home Nocellara is a country house, situated on a panoramic hill in "Contrada Fiori", overlooking the sea and the surrounding agricultural landscape, surrounded by a beautiful olive grove.
The house is about 75 square meters, more verandas, sleeps 4 people and is on one level, with a front porch on the north, and a panoramic porch south, where to eat and relax enjoying a magical sunset on sea.
Inside is a living room and a kitchen adjoining, a double bedroom, a room with a bunk bed and a bathroom.
Distant 1 km from the beach and about 2.5 km from the city center, it is equipped with TV, Wi-Fi, washing machine, air conditioning (hot / cold air), barbecue and bicycles.
The house is finished with rustic materials, typical of Sicilian and furnished with some handcrafted design elements according to the creative recycling philosophy.
Check-in: from 16:00 to 22:00
Check-Out: 10:00
In case you find squat Nocellara, I invite you to visit the other residence on my profile, Biancolilla house, not far from each other.
The local context is strongly influenced by the agricultural culture, specializing in the wine sector with the presence of numerous companies, as Settesoli-Mandrarossa, Planeta etc ..
The coast stretches for about 8 km with beaches and scenarios totally different from white pebbles of "Giache white", the rocks of the sea "Insoles Porto Palo", passing through kilometers of fine sand and clear sea, the blue flag 1992.
The ospitti have access to a garden farm of about 3. 000 square meters, with private parking.
The owners, who live at 2.50 km, are available for any need, every day.
Upon your arrival you will be greeted at the entrance of the village and escorted to the house.
Later will provide an overview on what to know, the excellence to visit and services in the area.
The house will be provided, as well as basic necessities, as well as an excellent extra virgin olive oil of the house, by a local wine and homemade and seasonal fruit.
Water, electricity, gas, wi-fi, linen and sheets are included in the price and also the costs for final cleaning (50 euros), only any change of linen remains extra.
A tourist tax of € 2.00 per person per day is foreseen, for a maximum of 7 days, children under 12 are excluded.
SERVICES ON REQUEST:
- Social eating events, directly at home, to savor typical and organic dishes
- Personal shopper.
- Guided excursions of the territory on foot or by bike

IT IS STRICTLY FORBIDDEN TO LEAVE THE ACCENTED ACCESORIES WHEN YOU DO NOT HAVE AT HOME.

Dit huis kunnen we voor 100% aanraden. Wij waren er met z'n tweeën maar het is ook zeer geschikt voor een gezin met kinderen. Wil je uitbreiden met vrienden dan is het naast gelegen huis ook te huur, handig.
Onze gastheer Filippo en zijn zus Irene hebben ons zeer liefdevol en met enthousiasme ontvangen. Heerlijke wijnen, olijfolie en een zelfgemaakte dolce stonden bij aankomst op tafel. Beter kan een vakantie niet beginnen. Het huis is verder van alle gemakken voorzien, je voelt je er direct thuis. Beide weten veel te vertellen over de omgeving en kwamen met allerlei tips op het gebied van lekker eten, wat de omgeving te bieden heeft en waar de mooiste stranden zijn. Wil je iets weten, ze staan direct voor je klaar. Wij hebben een heerlijke week in een prachtige omgeving en fijn huis gehad. Met spijt moesten we afscheid nemen en hopen weer snel terug te kunnen komen. Dank jullie zeer, Filippo en Irene!

Wir wurden sehr freundlich am Treffpunkt empfangen und zum Ferienhaus begleitet. Hoch erfreut waren wir über die sehr schöne Lage und Aussicht. Auch das Haus war nett möbliert, sehr sauber und alles war vorhanden und bereitgestellt, um dort einen schönen Urlaub zu verbringen. Zur Begrüßung waren Wein, Olivenöl, Wasser, Marmelade und ein großer Früchtekorb, alles aus dem eigenen Garten bzw. selbstgemacht, für uns hergerichtet. Der Vermieter war sehr hilfsbereit und gastfreundlich. Man konnte Ihn jederzeit erreichen, er lud uns zu Ausflüge ein und brachte öfters noch mehr Früchte vorbei. Es war ein sehr angenehmes und freundschaftliches Verhältnis.
Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen und würden sehr gerne 6 Sterne abgeben.

Dès notre entrée dans la maison, nous avons ressenti une ambiance " froide" car il n'y a presque aucune décoration. En particulier, le salon est presque vide. Il n'y a qu'un canapé, une toute petite table et une minuscule TV. Par rapport aux photos sur le site, il manque le tapis et 2 fauteuils. Du coup, nous ne nous sommes jamais installés dans cette pièce, elle ne nous a servi à rien. La literie n'est pas de grande qualité. Par contre, la maison possède un joli jardin et une belle et grande terrasse. Vue sur la mer. Accueil agréable.
