Great location in lovely Marylebone and easy distance from my appointments. Jenny was very welcoming and helpful. She told me she was an interior designer and it shows in her lovely home. The bed was very comfortable, the bedlinen good quality and it was spotless. Would happily stay there again and recommend.

This is a bedsit in a well-appointed flat in Marylebone, near Baker Street and Marble Arch. The host took the trouble to let us in early. Shower/bath is not ensuite but is next to the room and is very comfortable. The resident West Highland Terrier is well behaved and friendly.
It's up several flights of stairs, so not good for travelers with heavy luggage.

Genny was a lovely host and really made us feel at home! She was helpful and welcoming and let us have our own space when we wanted. We had chats with her in the morning and night time. She is a lovely lady! The bed was comfy, the room is in a perfect location close to Hyde park, train and tube station and shops, cafes and pubs. We are very happy she let us stay with her.
It was quite hot but that can’t be helped in summer and we understand that!

Good location and nice heated floor
The bed was very uncomfortable and the host was rude at time, felt very awkward and uncomfortable, wasn’t made to feel very welcome at times. The host also said isn’t it time for you to go now when it says that the check out is between 11-12 if she doesn’t want people to stay that long then she should advertise it properly!
