Individual and private chalet, 200 m. from the fine sandy beach of Sopela and Cala de Meñakoz, the nerve center of surfing. Fenced and private farm with fenced pool for child safety, pediment, porch with tables, deckchairs, barbecue and garden.
On the ground floor, kitchen / dining room with fireplace, large living room with projector and DVD and music collection, 1 bedroom with bathroom, gym, sauna, Turkish bath, jetted tub, games room with billiards and table football.
On the 1st floor, 4 bedrooms, 3 of them shared and main bathroom with bathroom, dressing room and terrace overlooking the Cantabrian Sea. Library area
Ideal penthouse as a play area or room, currently with 4 single beds. Brightness.
5 minutes walk to the fine sandy beach of Sopela, 150 m. from the Cala de Meñokoz, 10 minutes from the Getxo yacht club and 15 from Bilbao and the Guggenheim Museum.

This villa was amazing! A huge amount of space with everything you could possibly need for a wonderful family holiday. So well equipped and clean and in a beautiful location with wonderful coastal walks to the nearest beaches and towns. Food in the the local area is just fantastic. The host was hugely responsive and informative. Would highly recommend this villa to any families.

We were a party of 12 staying for a long weekend to celebrate our friends 60th birthday. The villa was great with loads of stuff to to on site, we used everything apart from the turkish bath and had great fun. It's an easy drive to the supermarket, beach restaurants and metro. My only niggle is that the beds could really do with an upgrade. Other than that, we had a great time. Thanks Jose.

My family of 9, ages 11-60, spent a perfect July week at this large home. The home was well stocked, clean and offered so many amenities that we changed our plans so we could stay ‘home’ a few more days. The gym, pool and sauna rooms were favorites. Sunset and sunrise walks along the bluffs or beach were a gift.
Our host was so helpful and friendly. He welcomed us all and made sure we knew how to operate everything.
We highly recommend this property for extended families or groups of friends.

My family from New Zealand came to stay and we all had a fantastic time. There were 8 of us (and one night we had 11) and the villa was perfect for that number. It was so spacious and comfortable and really well equipped. We didn't use the sauna or steam room, but the teenage boys used the gym and of course the pool got a lot of use. We ate at the villa most nights and the kitchen was really well equipped. Lots of really interesting things to do nearby. Can't wait to go back.
