When we first got to the house, the toilet was broken, the shower handle was coming off, and there was standing water in one of the bedrooms from the ceiling that looked like there was water damage (and mold), and stained pillows. The Property Manager was quick to respond, sending help to fix everything the next day. However, we found the living room furniture dirty (stained) and one of the mattresses extremely worn-in and uncomfortable.
