About this villa rental
Private, quiet area and no near neighbors. Just a 10-15min drive to beaches or to Mahon, 800m to San Clemente with groceries and restaurants.

The house comes with a large pool, it is located on a small and quiet street between Sant Climent and Binixiquer and is in no way affected by the airport. In addition, there is a large terrace with barbecue, a nice view of the countryside, beautiful sunsets and starry sky.

This villa suits a family set up - see the layout. Fabulous outside space and a wonderful pool away from the house. The gated patio area meant we did not need to worry about our two year old roaming anywhere near the pool. Kitchen small but does the job. Good bbq area outside. E prepared to buy all the essentials - dishwasher tablets, loo rolls, bin liners, foil, soap, etc. We left loads for future occupants but there was nothing much for us so I’m not sure if goodwill gestures are carried forward.
All in all, we highly recommend this villa for a great family holiday.

Beautiful house and extensive gardens in quiet location. Clean and well equipped. Large, refreshing pool. Ideal for a young family as the pool is located at the opposite end of the garden to the house and there are gates. The baby and 3 year old loved the tortoises and the pig on the farm next door.
Sant Climent is an easy walk away with a great bakery, supermarket and restaurants/cafes. Very laid back and unspoilt. Beautiful beaches within easy reach.
The owner couldn’t have been more helpful during our stay. Thank you!

Had a wonderful week at the finca, house was perfect, worked perfectly for two young families. Lovely outdoor space for lunches and late evening dinners. Even used the lawn area for a family lunch. The separation between house and pool was perfect, given that we had 3 and 5 year olds. It’s only a 30 second walk but gives you peace of mind in the event of turning your back for a few seconds.
Pool is wonderful, great to find a pool that works for adult swimming and also kids fun, so many are too short. The kids loved the funky pool lights. Close to town for food shopping and easy access to airport. Booked late and had some concerns about location near airport but we shouldn’t have, we barely noticed the planes.
Recommended to anyone looking for a great family house who love swimming and lazy lunches on the terrace. The owner and house manager couldn’t have been more helpful and sorted any issues immediately.
Would love to return to a beautiful house and wonderful island.
