In the heart of Sunriver near FORT ROCK PARK with easy access to trails in all directions and a five minute walk to Fork Rock Park for basketball, volleyball, pickleball, tennis and playing ball with pups!
This gorgeous, modern, well maintained 3 BR, 3 BA, with 2 King Suites, in SUNRIVER is a short walk from Fort Rock Park. Fort Rock Park is a great place to take your kids to play on the playground, play ball with your pup, ride bikes, play basketball, play beach volleyball, meet for a picnic or play pickle ball.
Near EVERYTHING Sunriver has to offer and away from the railroad tracks. Keep in mind when you are booking where the tracks are on the West side of Sunriver. We are perfectly located in Sunriver for EASY and safe trail access for a walk or bike ride in any direction you choose. Our home is in a quiet and safe culdesac for kids and pups to play! Easy walking/ biking distance to Sharc and the tubing hill, and the Village. A gorgeous walk to the river.
THE HOUSE: Everyone that has visited our home loves our place. House SLEEPS 8 with BEDS for all and has 3 bedrooms AND 3 full bathrooms. NO Sleeper Sofas! Bedrooms well spaced out for privacy. Hot Tub, Barbecue, excellent WIFI, 4 great bikes! Fully Enclosed Deck space keep your pups with you while your family enjoys the deck area. Two deck areas and two outdoor dining spaces. House is located in a quiet ‘ local traffic only’ culdesac. Note: Our bunk beds have a weight limit of 225 pounds but are best suited for young children/small adults. We do not provide a high chair or pack n play for infants/children.

There are miles of paved trails to walk, bike and explore, golf courses to enjoy, Fort Rock Park a 3 minute walk away and the river a nice walk. Walk/Bike to Sharc and the Village or the river. Excellent location! You can do a different walk or ride every day! Hike to Benham Falls or ride bikes to Lava Lands. Ride to Sharc or the Village on safe paths among the trees and away from the road. Perfect for your family.
CLEANING: We put the same level of care and detail into this home as we do our own primary residence and we want you, your family and your dog(s) to be comfortable here. In addition to two drip coffee makers, there is also French Press and a Keurig available for your use so bring your favorite pods if you like! The kitchen also has a big crock pot for family cooking on cool winter nights and large pots to cook family meals. We have an additional refrigerator in the garage for beer, sodas or anything else you need stored for an extended stay.

During your stay, you will have access to the owner via cell, and our local cleaning service and our local management/handyman for any issues that would come up during your stay. PARKING: There is room for 3 vehicles. Sunriver doesn’t allow boats or RVs to be stored on driveways. Please allow 3’ of space from street to garbage bins so garbage can be picked up on Fridays. Thank you.

The house was very comfortable and well stocked with everything we needed for the 6 of us plus dogs, including bicycles and plenty of towels. And having a bathroom for each for the 3 bedrooms was great. It is well located near Fort Rock Park and about 1.2 miles by bicycle from SHARC. Our only glitches were that we forgot to bring shampoo and could not plug in our hybrid and EV cars.

We have been coming to Sunriver for many years and this house was a great find! I was a little concerned about it not having AC because it was really hot the first few days we were there (high 90's - I live on the coast so that's hot!), but opening the windows at night and keeping everything closed during the day worked perfectly. The temp cooled down later in the week too. Everything was clean. The beds were really comfortable and it was so nice for each room to have its own bathroom. The living area was big with lots of seating and plenty of room at the table for everyone for meals. The kitchen was really well stocked and we BBQ'd multiple times and enjoyed the outdoor seating as well. Plenty of toilet paper and paper towels. The location was really convenient to the north store and Fort Rock Park was just a few min bike ride. The SHARC passes were used multiple times for the water park and pickleball!! The bikes were all maintained and everything in the house definitely feels cared for. Easy communication from the owner and easy check-in and checkout. We really enjoyed our stay!!

We have been visiting Sunriver for many years and really enjoyed 8 Camas thanks to the great central location, roomy house, comfortable furniture and mattresses and best of all - really smart, attractive remodel of the kitchen and bathrooms. The carpet too, appeared new. The homes in Sunriver were built decades ago and thrilled to find a unit that had didn't feel that way! Also found it super clean and well stocked with supplies to get you started (even had a few BandAids in the bathroom drawer - I always forget little things like that). All the appliances are new and everything works well. Nice bikes in the garage and lots of board games. Owner was easy to contact and very helpful and responsive. Things to keep in mind: Like most of the homes, there is no AC but if you open the windows at night and close in the morning, you can keep the house in the 70's. It was 99F when we arrived but the house was a cool 76. The SHARC. the observatory, and the village are still getting back to normal staffing after COVID closures and may not be open or short hours. But the sun is shinning, the hot tub is bubbling and trails are always calling and open for enjoyment! Thanks for the great week! Hope to return soon.
