Come enjoy the beauty of Emerald Isle in our BEACHFRONT home with a private pool!
10 bedroom, 6 bath home with private pool at the Point on Emerald Isle. The home is split into 2 duplexes so there are 2 family rooms, 2 kitchens and 2 laundry rooms!

Located at the highly sought after area of the island called The Point.
We totally made over the house in 2018 including a new saltwater pool, quartz counter tops, bedding, appliances, paint, and flooring throughout.
NEW in 2024!!! We have built a boardwalk all the way to the beach. Now it is even easier getting all of your beach gear out to the water.
You will love the private walkway to the beach, deck overlooking a private pool, ceiling fans in every room, covered parking, Wi-Fi, and Smart TVs in every room.
NEWLY ADDED area to play cornhole and NEW enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water. (Added in 2021)
All new mattresses in 2022.
Spend your days on the largest section of the beach right out your door or relax in the private pool for a change before retiring into the spacious and beachy comforts that "The Rustic Peacock” has to offer.
Being at the Point offers the option to play on the beach, picking up shells or walk around the inlet and explore the Sound.
Emerald Isle faces south so you have unobstructed views of the SUNRISE AND SUNSET from your upper and lower decks!
Watching dolphins swim and play in the surf is another favorite pastime.

The house was exactly as described. Kitchen was fully stocked. the rooms were nice and the house was just the right size for our family, grandparents, parents, children and grandchildren from both sides of the family. Some of the grandparents couldn’t make the walk to the beach, it’s a hike but it is doable. The beach at the point isn’t crowded and my children and grandchildren loved all the shells they found! The pool was very nice! My grandchildren loved to play in the sand (there was plenty of sand toys, boogie boards and beach chairs) at the corn hole boards and ride their bikes under the house and in the driveway. The house is also close to a lot or restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores and some shops. Leann responded quickly to all our messages to her. I would recommend this property!

The house and location were awesome! Everyone loved it! The kitchens had everything we needed, the house was very clean! The beach access was great, not crowded either! Communication with the host was great, no issues! We will definitely be back!

This property was fantastic for our multi-generational gathering. The kitchens were fully stocked with every pot, pan, cooking device needed (including crock pots and blenders!). The bedrooms were comfortable. The outdoor spaces were well loved during our visit - the decks had beautiful views and plenty of seating. The grills were in great shape and there was an incredible outdoor dining area (in the shade)! The pool was a bonus and was enjoyed by all generations in our group.The walk to the beach was a challenge for the older members of our group. Climbing stairs was a must at this house.Above all, the host, LeAnn, was amazing to work with. She was quick with all responses. She shared excellent information about the island, recommendations for restaurants and shopping. She was invested in insuring that our vacation was everything we needed it to be.

Location is great. Both duplex units do have much more wear than pics show. Handrail for pool in 100 electrified and pulling breakers didn't stop the danger. For the price house should have been in much better condition. Landlords are great and added nice touched great surprises. Had three electric issues over the week which was a bit unnerving but I'm assuming these will be address over the winter.
