Great location. Unit well appointed with everything we needed. Fit our family of four perfectly. Of note the bedrooms are in the front of the unit so the windows open to the common breezeway. Only two neighbors on either side. If they happen to come in late and are loud you’ll hear them. Wasn’t an issue for us. We didn’t spend time in the bedroom except for sleep. The living area and kitchen was great for meals and an evening movie. Nice large balcony great for watching and hearing the waves. Easy walk to the beach. Really appreciated the available beach chairs and wagon. Will be back!

We have been to 5 locations on SPI for trips over the past few years and this was by far the best! Very clean, excellent location, easy access and instructions. Don’t miss out on this gem!

This was our second stay at this condo. The location is perfect. The condo has some maintenance issues. Our first stay I rated a 5, this one a 3. It is not being cleaned well, and the has not been maintained.. some are easy fixes…some not.
