The Malvinas apartment is located on the second floor with elevator and consists of two double bedrooms, one of them with direct access to the terrace and another with two single beds, a bathroom with shower, equipped kitchen (vitro, microwave, oven , washing machine), and a living room with TV, sofa bed, dining table and a large window with access to a terrace with outdoor furniture, sea views and gardens.
The Malvinas building is a community with gardens located in the Paseo Jaime I corner with Berlin street, in front of the Levante beach, in Paseo Jaime I and only 200 meters from the Fuente Luminosa and cliffs, where you can enjoy the beauty of the Water, walk and sit and watch the incomparable sunsets. The location of Malvinas has public transport, as well as supermarkets, pharmacies, restaurants or any other type of service in its surroundings.
Salou offers a wide variety of activities for day and night leisure. Walks in which you will travel from the Cap Salou Lighthouse to beyond Cambrils, the entire Gulf of Sant Jordi. Wide beaches of fine sand or small secluded coves. A wide range of Mediterranean cuisine and wines and cavas from the region. You can enjoy the Aquopolis water park in La Pineda and the famous Port Aventura or Ferrari Land theme park, less than 1km away.
