About this house rental
This up north cabin gives you access to pristine Lake Avalon. It's just a three block walk away from a sandy beach access. The cabin offers a secluded feeling surrounded by trees but still close to the lake.
This is a great rental for multiple purposes.
In the summer stay here to be near the lake without the high cost of lake frontage or to have a home base while you sight see beautiful Northern Michigan. In the fall stay here to hunting or go ATVing on the numerous trails near by. In the winter use those trails for snowmobiling. There is plenty of parking for ATV/snowmobile trailers.
The cabin comfortably sleeps 4 with the two bedrooms but can accommodate a blow up mattress in the living room if you're not afraid of close quarters. Plenty of space in the back yard to put up a tent if needed.
The owners are near by if needed throughout the stay. Let them know if you have any special requests. They are more than happy to accommodate.
Cabin comes with wifi and a fire stick to watch streaming services. No cable TV.

We enjoyed our stay here. It could have been a little better if the coffee pot wasn’t so slow. Need mattress pads and newer sheets and pillows!The price is very reasonable.

In short, this immaculate cabin had not only all the normal amenities, it had much more. Even more impressive, it had things we never thought of. For example, the television, DVD player and Fire had every conceivable cable and adapter to attach virtually any device we brought including cell phones and computers. The 3-burner grill was clean and equipped with a full tank of propane. All three piezo lighters function fired with one click. Heavy duty, outdoors decorated plates, bowls and coffee/hot chocolate cups were spick and span as was the silverware. Both large beds were comfortable. The heating system was even and efficient. The water in the kitchen had on-demand heat that was not to hot and not too cold. I could go on and on, but suffice it to say, we loved this cottage and the friendly and helpful way communications were conduced.
