In the heart of the seaside town, on the 5th and last floor of a small residence with lift, charming T2 for 4 to 5 people, quiet, facing the sea.
50m² apartment, fully equipped, with separate bedroom (1 double bed and 1 single bed), living room with convertible sofa (140x190) and 19m² terrace facing the sea.
Parking space for parking your vehicle for the duration of the stay,
Located 100m from the beach, 200m from the port, 50m from the bus station at 1 € to travel throughout the department,
Close to all shops, sale of fish directly from the trawl every morning, restaurants, caterer, bicycle rentals, sea trips, walk on the seafront on foot or by bike, fairground, 27-hole golf course, entertainment ... .
You will enjoy :
- take your meals on the terrace, facing the sea and for the early risers, watch the sunrise ... Wonderful !!!
- go directly to the beach with your towel on your shoulder for sunbathing and sea bathing.
- in all seasons, the magnificent view of the Mediterranean and you can observe the different shades of blue on the sea which undulate according to the waves.

Appartement avec une très belle vue sur la mer. Situé, prés de la plage ainsi que du port et des commerces, nous avons apprécié son emplacement malgré l'avenue qui peut être bruiante certain soir. Propreté irréprochable et très appréciable qui fait oublier l'aspect un peu "viellot" du logement.
La disponibilité du propriétaire facilite l'arrivée et le départ en cas de retard par exemple. Un très bon séjour en résumé.

appartement parfait ,tres fonctionnel ,idéalement placé pour tout faire à pied pour passer de belle vacances!!
idéalement situé avec une très belle vue sur la mer.
place de parking privé,un vrai plus!!

D'abord soulignons l'accueil chaleureux des propriétaires, ensuite la très belle situation de l'appartement à deux pas à pied de toutes les commodités (commerces, restaurants, et surtout la plage). L'appartement est spacieux (enfin nous n'étions que deux...) et la région très belle. Bref une expérience que nous renouvellerons peut être.
