About this apartment rental
I have a beautiful home located in East part of Brooklyn. The apartment is located on the first floor and has it's own entrance. The lovely, light-filled space offers an impressive mix of charm and modern design. Each bedroom has two large windows which brings a lot of natural light into the apartment. The space is located twenty minutes to Downtown Brooklyn and thirty minutes into City and Williamsburg. The property is fifteen minutes from JFK where you can catch the B-15 down the block to JFK airport for only $2.75 or an UBER ride for as low as $15
The apartment has a full kitchen that is fully equipped with a new stainless steel refrigerator, stove with oven, coffee maker, blender, electric kettle, microwave, pots and pans, dishes and utensils and wine glasses. Though there is no cable, it is equipped with an internet ready television and WIFI
Though the apartment is cozy, it is well designed and is perfect for couples, close friends or family. It is also pet friendly.

Very nice contact to the owner. Everything was clean and in good condition and as advertised. Short walk to the subway and nearby supermarkets. Neighborhood appeared to be safe. Recommendation, would surely stay here again. Thank you, GG!

This is a great property to stay at and it has all the expectations as it stated on page. The owner is very welcoming and accommodate all our questions and needs . I highly recommend this location!

This home was extremely convenient for the area we wanted to stay. Coming from the Midwest, I'd say Gigi's is "authentic" New York. Cozy but clean, hardwood floors, and newly painted walls/ceilings.
It appears to be a fairly new addition to the home rental market and still needed some attention. The tub drain was clogged but owner was very responsive in getting this corrected. Bathroom sink had an odor that hopefully will be addressed.
Assuming bathroom sink odor is eliminated, we'd certainly stay there again next time we're in town.
