About this apartment rental
In the expanded outbuilding, the former barn of our courtyard, there is a small, very cozy and quiet apartment on the 1st floor with a fantastic view of the Weser over fields.
Ideal for cycle tourists (you can also rent bicycles in the neighboring town), working people who need a second home and nature lovers, for whom peace and quiet but proximity to the city is important. There is ample parking space and your bike can also safely stay overnight.
There is the possibility of water sports, a stork station, the wolf center in Dörverden, the Weser ferry tourism, farm shops, shops and restaurants.
Bremen can be reached in 30 minutes by car or train from Langwedel in 20 minutes.
In less than 5 minutes on foot you can reach a small idyllic swimming lake.
The apartment is modern and newly furnished.
There is a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the open living area. However, there should not be more than 3 people.
In the house there are 2 more apartments that are permanently rented.
Pets are welcome, as a total of 2 dogs and 2 cats enrich the yard.
The feedback from our guests is very important to us so that everything is as pleasant as possible.

Wir waren im November für ein verlängertes Wochenende in der kleinen Ferienwohnung. Von der Gastgeberin wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen und aufgenommen. Da mein Mann erst noch einen anderen Termin hatte kam er erst später nachgereist, was kein Problem darstellte. So lange waren mein Hund und ich alleine da und haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt. Es war alles sehr sauber, gemütlich und einladend und die Ausstattung der Wohnung war für einen sorglosen Aufenthalt vollkommen ausreichend. Vor allem die ebenerdigen Laufwege hinter dem Hof haben meiner schon etwas älteren Hundedame sehr viel Vergnügen bereitet. Durch den flexiblen Check out hatten wir die Möglichkeit noch in ruhe zu Frühstücken bevor wir unsere Rückreise angetreten haben. Da wir immer mal wieder in Verden sind, können wir nur sagen, gerne wieder.

Sehr gut gefallen hat uns die flexible An- und Abreise, das war ein Riesenpluspunkt, da wir Nachmittagstermine in der Umgebung erst hatten und so etwas länger verweilen konnten am Abreisetag. Wir waren 5 Nächte dort - Duschgel, Shampoo, Handwaschgel alles vorhanden, sowie Teebeutel und alle möglichen Gewürze sowie Olivenöl. Das war sehr nett mitgedacht von den Gastgebern.
Reichlich Decken und Kissen sowie Sitzgelegenheiten sind vorhanden. der Eingang ist separat und der Gästeparkplatz ist an der Straße auf dem Grasstreifen an der Scheune. Es ist alles sehr sauber und ordentlich. Uns dreien hat es sehr gut gefallen! Die Katzen auf dem Hof hat unser 3 jähriger Sohn auch ausgiebig gestreichelt. Das einzige Manko ist die schicke Schiebetür zum Bad, die halt jedes Geräusch durchlässt. Für uns nach 20 Jahren Beziehung ist das völlig ok :) aber nichts für frischverliebte junge Pärrchen ;) Der Hausherr ist sehr nett gewesen, ich habe ihn nur einmal kurz getroffen. Ich würde wieder dort übernachten und diese Firma von dem Duschgel etc.. hab ich mir auch notiert ;) gefiel uns sehr gut.

Uns hat es wirklich gut gefallen, man ist in der Natur, aber ratzfatz in der Stadt und zum Einkaufen. Die Küche ist toll ausgestattet, alles sauber und liebevoll, stilsicher und gemütlich ausgestattet - von der Seife übers Duschgel, den Zucker-, und Gewürzgefäßen bis zum kabellosen Staubsauger. Sehr gerne, sehr bald wieder.

Wenig Möglichkeiten zum Abstellen
Kein Auffangbehälter für das Abtropfgitter vom Geschirr
Keine genaue Anweisung für die TV-Nutzung.
Nur öffentlich-rechtliche Sender nutzbar
Bis auf ein großes Fenster mit Fliegengase kleine Dachfenster vorhanden, durch die abends Mücken in den Raum kamen
Zu wenig Licht im Schlafzimmer
