Hua Ge Hot Spring Hotel

We stayed for one night at Hua Ge Hot Spring Hotel and had an enjoyable experience overall. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bed was firm, which suited our preference perfectly. Perhaps due to the off-peak season, we did not encounter any other guests during our stay, which made the experience feel especially peaceful and quiet. What stood out most was the warm hospitality and friendliness of the staff, who made us feel very welcome throughout our visit. The breakfast buffet offered a good variety of choices, and we appreciated the effort put into its preparation. The eggs were freshly cooked to our preferred style upon request, and the stir-fried vegetables were also prepared on demand. The portions were generous and more than sufficient for the two of us. The hotel's location is another plus point. It is less than a 10-minute walk from Jiaoxi Bus Station and within walking distance of many attractions, restaurants, and hot spring areas around Jiaoxi. Overall, we were pleased with our stay and grateful for the warm hospitality and friendliness of the hotel team, who made us feel very welcome throughout our visit.

While some of the furnishings showed signs of wear and tear due to age, the hotel was overall well-maintained and clean. We did notice a slight rusty smell in the hot spring water or possibly the piping system, although it did not significantly affect our stay.

最滿意就是員工的熱情和禮儀，每次出門和回來都有他們的打招呼和歡迎，這份美好的人情味是過去在其他飯店未曾感受過的！每一份體貼都讓我們很開心！早餐雖然是附在住宿裡的，但餐點多樣化，有多元的選擇，也有提供素食者的選擇，口味就是正常範圍，沒有什麼缺點。 房間蠻大，浴缸一個人泡也很舒服寬敞，對於價格來說是高cp 值的，整體空間整潔乾淨，無明顯問題，這樣的價格能在礁溪住到真的很划算，泡湯可以選擇房間內的也可以選擇大眾池，謝謝超棒的華閣！飯店內的設施因為天氣關係還有很多未能使用到比較可惜🥹但希望留給下次來華閣住宿的自己再來體驗！

The Kindest Staff – A Stay I’ll Never Forget ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had an exceptional stay at this hotel, but what truly made it unforgettable was the staff. The service was outstanding from check-in to check-out – clean room, peaceful ambiance, everything I needed. But it’s the people who made all the difference. Let me share one moment that really touched me: During breakfast, I usually drink lattes, but the hotel didn’t officially offer them on the menu. Without me even asking much, one of the staff members noticed and kindly offered to make me a latte from scratch. He was so warm and attentive – he just understood what I wanted. That alone already made my morning. But it didn’t stop there. In the middle of breakfast with my friend, he came back to our table with a glass of warm milk. He said he remembered that I might prefer my latte less strong, so he brought extra warm milk in case I wanted to adjust it to my taste. I was speechless. That level of thoughtfulness, care, and attention to detail is something you rarely find. He didn’t have to do that, but he chose to go above and beyond just to make a guest happy. The rest of the team was just as friendly and professional. I felt genuinely welcomed and cared for throughout my stay. To the staff – especially the kind gentleman at breakfast – thank you. You didn’t just serve coffee; you served kindness. Because of you, this hotel doesn’t just feel like a place to sleep. It feels like a place where people truly care. I’m 100% satisfied.
