Great Property. Everything you need is Supplied. We had 6 months old baby , 8 year old 12 year old and 6 Adults. Was a nice Quiet Cul-de-sac. No Traffic. Plenty of Restaurants around 7/11 Nearby. Close to City Centre. The host was Amazing came and cooked Breakfast Daily. Pool Clean Games for Kids. Enjoyed our Stay and will be Back Again.

I stayed here with my adult children and son-in-law. The villas afforded us the opportunity to be far enough away from each other, while still close. The host was friendly and informative regarding the area. The breakfast was also a nice touch.

Had a great stay here. I booked it for the first part of arriving to Thailand, and again for the end of our stay in Thailand. Enjoyed pretty much everything that was offered. The owner is very resourceful in every aspect that you can think of while in ChiangMai.
Only issues were because of the extreme heat, the pools were getting quite cloudy for the 2nd part of our booking. So a more frequent clean would have been great. Also, compared to the first part of our stay, the AC wasn’t quite working anymore, and the showers in 2 of the Villas weren’t working as they should either. Not sure if it’s because it was much hotter during the end of our stay or not.
But overall, I would highly recommend this place, and would definitely book again if I was in ChiangMai.
