Rest and relax at this cozy cottage with comfortable accommodations for 6 guests. Spend your days hiking, fishing, mountain biking, kayaking and exploring the Land of Waterfalls.
Come back from your adventurous day, enjoy a meal on the grill, relax around the fire pit and soak in the peaceful surroundings and cool mountain air.
Guests have full access to the property including amenities such as WiFi, Satellite TV, screened porch, deck, gas grill and fire pit.
West Fork Cottage is nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains with a beautiful view of Pisgah-Owen Mountain. The West Fork of the French Broad river is across the way from the cottage. Just down the road, enjoy Panther Town Valley (sometimes referred to as the Yosemitie of the East), with 30 miles of trails where you can hike, fish and bike!
We are about 20 miles from Brevard and Cashiers, NC (great breweries, restaurants and local shopping) and 40 miles from the Asheville Regional Airport (AVL). You can enjoy all the Blue Ridge Parkway, Gorges State Park, and the Pisgah National Forest have to offer in the Land of Waterfalls . Enjoy hiking, fishing, biking, kayaking at nearby lake (Tannassee Creek 4 miles or Wolf Creek Lake 6.7 miles) or go canoeing on the French Broad River. We are also 45 minutes from Dupont State Forest where you can do some epic mountain biking.

Met friends for Thanksgiving and the place was perfect. Nicely decorated, lots of towels, comfortable beds, large fire pit. Was a wonderful stay!
