Christmas and February holidays: rental from Saturday to Saturday only.
Duplex 75m2 fully renovated in 2017, in the center of Cauterets, 5 minutes from the gondola. 180 degree mountain view. Furnished with Tourism ***. Description:
- a first level of 50m2: a living room with sofa bed 140, a dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom with toilet, 2 balconies
- a 2nd level of 25m2: a room with bed in 160, a room with 2 bunk beds and a bed-drawer, a room of water with TOILET.
- a storeroom on the same floor for mountain equipment
Our apartment is ideally located on the top floor of a residence in the center of Cauterets, close to all amenities. The 180 ° mountain view of the ARDIDEN at MONNE is exceptional.

The apartment is located in the most beautiful street of Cauterets: Boulevard Latapie-Flurin. At the Belle Epoque, many prestigious hotels received the upper class society for spa treatments. Some facades are remarkable: that of the residence of England, the Continental or that of the residence of Lys dating from 1880 where is our apartment. On the latter, we can see on the statues masks that betray the former location of the Cauterets Theater: the Casino-Club.
There are many places in the street and also 2 free parking nearby (Ledormeur or behind the primary school).

We have had a great stay in Romain's flat - it is well-equipped and located very conveniently for pretty much everything. It is a very large apartment block but what you lose in terms of ski resort charm due to the building, you find more than that thanks to a nice interior and comfort inside of the flat. A nice balcony is a plus on a sunny day! Bedrooms on duplex level - not a problem at all for us with boys aged 10 and 13 but might be a tad tricky for younger kids. Romain was easy to reach when we needed him. Thank you very much nd we hope to be back!

The perfect property for a family to stay in Cauterets. It was clean, well equipped (especially for younger travellers, with a potty and cot bed), and beautifully decorated. Lovely comfy beds, new kitchen and a nespresso machine. It is situated in a residential street just off the central plaza, and only 5 minutes walk from the cable car. A wonderful stay, and the owner was very prompt at responding to messages, and very helpful. Highly recommended.
