This beautiful one bedroom penthouse apartment has been finished to a high standard throughout with an open plan living and breakfast area, fully fitted kitchen, shower room and benefits from a large terrace off the living area that overlooks the vibrant and lively Bellaluz Square. There is also an additional small terrace off the bedroom for an evening glass of wine or early morning breakfast.
The living area is spacious ,light & airy and offers satellite TV, DVD player & complimentary fast speed wi-fi. French doors lead out from the living area onto a large terrace area with dining table and chairs, sun loungers and views onto Bellaluz Square. The terrace catches the Spanish sun whilst soaking up the atmosphere of the popular plaza from this delightful penthouse apartment.
There is a fully fitted kitchen which is comprehensively equipped with oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave and washing machine, in fact everything you will need for your self catering holiday.

Everything was good. Lovely apartment for 2 people in great position and everything you need supplied.Lovely buzz from Plaza in the evenings when sat out on the balcony but no noise at all in bedroom which is on the other side of the apartment with a small balcony of its own.Would love to stay again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in this beautiful apartment in Bellaluz. The space was bright, airy, and full of character – with lovely quirky touches that made it feel truly special. One of the highlights was the large terrace, complete with two sun loungers and a dining area – perfect for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. The views from the terrace overlooking the square were fabulous – a great spot to watch the world go by.The attention to detail throughout the apartment was fantastic. We especially appreciated the little extras, such as the diffusers, which made the whole place smell amazing. The air conditioning was a real blessing during the heatwave – we were so grateful for it!Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your lovely home. We absolutely loved it and can’t wait to return!

Loved staying here. Shower not that good though. Would have liked to have had soap in the bathroom and washing up liquid.
