Apartment ist schön. Sehr schöne Terasse.
Der Vermieter fordert im Nachhinein unberechtigt Geld am Buchungsportal vorbei für angebliche Reinigungskosten (feuchte Kissen). Sehr unhöfliches und unseriöses Verhalten.

ein schönes, geräumiges Appartement im 1. OG mit sehr großer, sonniger Dachterrasse mit Markise. Zwar in einer Wohngegend, aber ruhig gelegen, in 2. Reihe hinter anderen Häusern. Großer Wohnraum mit Panoramafenster zur Terrasse, ziemlich große Küche. Bad mit schöner, großer Dusche. Sehr großer Fernseher. Alles sauber und funktional.
Die Möbel der Dachterrasse. Aber nach Hinweis an den Eigentümer werden die bestimmt noch ausgetauscht. Es gab auch keine so schöne Aussicht, nur auf andere Häuser. Die Küchenausstattung und einige Möbel schienen ein bisschen wie vom Flohmarkt, alles vorhanden und funktionstüchtig, aber alt und zusammengestückelt. Es gibt keine Badewanne (die in der Beschreibung aufgelistet ist)

Location is perfect if you travel through Germany
Most of the furniture and other items were old and the appartement (especially the kitchen) could use a good cleaning session (dirty toaster, sticky cabbins). We didn't have hot water in the bathroom (broken boiler). The owner offered us to use their personal bathroom but after a long day travelling with a baby and with an early checkout we didn't want to. You could hear loud music from downstairs as well.
