Location and smooth access and initial communication

No outdoors furniture on balcony. Smart TV didn't work initially at all (which was corrected for YouTube and browser access), but Netflix did not work at all (initial page froze every single time when app was chosen and I couldn't even enter my account details). And no feedback and follow up after that issues was communicated about on day 2.

Loved my stay at The Establishment Bangsar. Clean, comfortable, convenient location.

the bedding quality is just standard

Overall the apartment was ok. It was nice to have a shower with a glass door so the bathroom wasn’t flooded after taking a shower. The kitchen was well equipped and it was nice to have a laundry machine and dryer on the balcony.

Unfortunately our room had a very peculiar smell (I guess insect poison). We were disappointed by the condition of the furniture as the pictures here look super modern, which it wasn’t. Through the night there’s a lot of noise from cars and motorcycles on the highway right next to the building… We knew it before but if you’re taller than 165cm you can’t stand upright on the upper level.
