This 3 Bedroom 2 Bath condominium is a mid-level corner unit located near Fanny Hill, with partial views across the ski slope. Interior space of 1350sf (125sqm) is on one level. Living area has a gas fireplace, dining table for six, and full kitchen with island seating (four stools). Master Bedroom has a King bed and ensuite bath with tub and shower. Each Guest Bedroom has two Twin beds which convert to a King bed on request. Bathroom 2 in the hallway has a tub and shower. A Queen sleeper sofa is near the fireplace. Enjoy the alpine air from your private balcony.
Timberline has No Elevators; please ask if help is needed with luggage. No A/C but has floor fans to keep cool. No pets are allowed as other guests could be allergic.
There is a laundry room with coin-operated washers and dryers in 2 different locations at Timberline, but no in-unit machines.
This condo is professionally managed by the Timberline Condominiums Association. The front desk staff will greet you upon arrival and check you in. They will be your main contact during your stay. Bell staff is available to pick you up from the Aspen/Snowmass Airport and take you around the Village. Limited housekeeping is included. Parking is available across the road for a daily fee in the winter ski season (Thanksgiving - Snowmass Mountain Closing Day) and it is currently free during summer. The Edge Restaurant and Bar is on-site during peak season for dinner.

Wonderful location with easy access to Snowmass Village. The check in process was easy with a centralized location who could point us to the exact location of our condo. The unit was clean, very comfortable, and exactly as advertised. We went in the autumn but would love to come back for skiing- the proximity to the mountain can't be beat!

Our stay in Snowmass was above and beyond expectations. The unit was very clean and easy to check into. The daily housekeeping was such a plus and great to come home to each night. The folks at Timberline was very welcoming & helpful throughout our stay. We’ll return next year.

The unit is tired and in need of an immediate updating. The fan in the bathroom was broken along w/the sliding screen door. And worst of all, 10 AM check-out!!!...
