Beautiful home with views of Dreamcatcher and Iron Mountain Slopes at Canyons Village. One mile to the Cabriolet lift. Three Bedrooms and 2 baths. Open concept great room, dining room and kitchen. All have been recently remodeled. Great room has a dry bar with beverage refrigerator, a gas fireplace and a 48" flat screen TV. The master bedroom with large sitting area and bathroom with walk in shower, two vanity areas and toilet room is on one side of the house and the other two bedrooms with full bath are on the other side.
A private hot tub that accommodates 6 people is accessible from the living room and master bedroom.

Paul and Sharon’s place exceeded our needs and we were so glad for these amenities. Besides the requirements of easy access to slopes and space for five to sleep comfortably we enjoyed daily life at their home. Gas fireplace for relaxing evening, hot tub for apres ski, water softener to stave off dry skin and a gas grill for many of our dinners. Look forward to coming again.

This was a great 2+ bedroom house between Park City and Kimball Junction. Very quite neighborhood close to Canyons resort. 5 Stars!

Our family of 5 enjoyed this wonderful home for over a month. The location is fantastic and the house is well equipped. Hot tub was nice and the neighborhood was great for afternoon and evening walks. We hope to be back one day! Thanks Paul and Sharon

Everything was perfect. Great house, great location for skiing. Fantastic views. Quiet neighborhood, great sleeping at night. Hope to return next year!
