A casa em Penedo é simplesmente maravilhosa! Muito bem localizada, dá para ir a pé até algumas cachoeiras, inclusive uma delas tem acesso direto pela própria casa, o que é um diferencial incrível. A casa é super aconchegante, muito bem cuidada e transmite uma sensação de conforto desde a chegada.
