Jacky's Apartament - Апартамент в Свети Влас

Excellent location close to a marvelous beach and has sea view from the side of the apartment, not fully but partially, still very ok! Apartment had absolutely anything you need for any type of family or group. The hosts respond quickly to any question or need you might have. The house was clean and clean towels were provided. The area is absolutely stunning, the complex Garden of Eden is close and you can walk around freely and enjoy the great landscape and greenery. We didn't need to go by car anywhere, you have two mini/super markets, at least three/four restaurants in walking distance. I fully recommend the whole experience. Also very important, has a public swimming pool that was mostly free, we didn't use it but it's great to have for some families.

These are not things we didn't like, just observations that might help others prepare in advance: - parking is a bit tricky, it's a narrow road coming down to the apartment complex, limited parking spots, not their fault, but just good to know. - kitchen had some ants running around, for us it wasn't much of a nuisance but for some other people it might be. It might be common around those parts though. - the TV menu is in bulgarian, but we used the HDMI cable (provided by the host, thanks for that) connected to laptop to view online TV. - be careful not to turn off the boiler which has a separate on/off button in the hallway outside the bathroom, else it takes like 1.5 h to get warm water back.

Very cozy apartment with great views from the windows: the view from the living room is on the Black Sea and sunrise, the view from the bedroom is on the pretty garden courtyard and sunset. From the apartment sea sounds can be heard, those are soothing. The sea is located near the apartment - about 20 meters. There are all necessary things in the apartment: a wi-fi router, kitchen utensils, a washing machine, an iron with ironing board, a fridge, an oven, an air conditioner, a microwave, two TV sets, towels, wardrobes and etc. The apartment is located in nice place: 20 meters to East beach, 500 meters to Venid beach and 520 meters to Marina Dinevi Yacht Port.

There are a lot of descents and ascents in this area because of the mountainous terrain.

The location was close to the beach, it was quiet and they allowed us with the dog.

Not the cleanest place. The cutlery and crockery is overused. There was a single broom, very short and very dirty.
