Luxurious vacation home with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms located near the theme parks in Orlando, Florida. This home has an upgraded professional furniture package giving you all the comforts of a vacation home and much more. Very family friendly with a baby pac n' play, high chair, and child safety pool fence. There are also Hair Dryers, an Iron & Ironing Board to help you get ready.
Your host, Victor, will be available throughout your stay to answer any questions and ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience.
This home is nestled within the secure, gated community of Storey Lake Resort, providing a tranquil and safe environment for your stay. The neighborhood is conveniently located near a variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options, making it easy to explore all that Orlando has to offer.
You'll have private access to the entire townhouse, including the screened-in pool and patio area. Guests also have access to the Storey Lake Resort community amenities.
Kitchen fully furnished and ideal for dining in with plenty of seating. Plenty of room to lounge and get together for some quality family time. Private screened-in pool with outdoor patio furniture (including sun loungers) to enjoy the great weather that Orlando offers (Pool Heat $40 per day Optional). This home comes with a washer and dryer and free wi-fi. There is cable TV in the Family Room and every bedroom.
While a car is recommended for exploring the area, ride-sharing services are readily available. The community is also conveniently located near major highways, providing easy access to Orlando's attractions.
Pool heat is available for an additional fee of $40 per day.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability.

The property was well stocked with towels and supplies for our family. Our flight was delayed so we didn’t arrive until almost 3AM and it was nice to walk into some bottles of water on the counter. That nice little touch went a long way! Beds were comfy… place was super quiet… easy location to get to places very easy. Victor was great with communication. I would recommend the stay to my family and would definitely stay again.

We loved our stay at 3185 Pequod Place. The house was such a great base whilst we explored the area. We were surprised by how spacious the property felt, comfortable beds and well equipped with everything we might need.
Loved the outdoor seating area for our morning coffee.
No problems with noise.
We had a couple of problems with the key pad entry and the pool screen but Victor was very quick to reply to my messages and prompt in dealing with these issues.
The pool area at the club house is a great place for a chilled afternoon. We walked the surrounding estate and went to the playground. It’s all beautiful and clean and feels very safe.
Lots of shops and restaurants close by and great location for Disney.
We will be back!

Victor was great to work with. Easy to get a hold of and flexible on check in and check out times. The place was what we were looking for to get away. The main pool was great provided lots of activities for the kids.
