Amazing stay

We just returned from an absolutely amazing stay at Via Firenze and I must say it exceeded our expectations! We even extended our stay – thankfully it was possible. Accommodation Clean, luxurious house with 4 apartments. Each apartment offers privacy and incredible sea views. The whole house is filled with a wonderful scent from an Aqua d'Alba diffuser (I already got one for home!). The beds are comfortable and in the kitchen you'll find everything you need, including a small capsule coffee maker – a few capsules were provided. Amenities There are plenty of things available to borrow for the beach: umbrella, sun loungers, inflatable toys for children. The whirpool on the rooftop terrace is a great bonus! Location The beach is 3 minutes away via a side street from the apartment. The sea near the apartment is great, you can go paddleboarding and the beach is suitable for children. We cycled to the center of Follonica, but there are ice cream shops and stores all around. You can also cycle nicely to Cala Violina beach (don't forget to make a reservation!). Parking is right next to the apartment with a reserved space. Owner Martina was very accommodating, helpful and friendly – thank you so much for everything! Minor note The only thing I would appreciate would be screens on the windows and balcony (but there are terraces everywhere, so I don't know if this would be feasible to solve). There might be some noise during high season, but we visited during the transition between high and low season and it was perfect – not many people anywhere. Tip We were there at the turn of high and low season and it was great – it wasn't crowded anywhere. Conclusion: Thank you so much for the wonderful stay! If we didn't have a 14-hour drive, we'd be back within a month! :) Highly recommend for families with children and couples looking for a peaceful holiday by the sea.

Everything top. Clean, nicely and functionally furnished flat, with large windows, terrace and sea view; great location; hot tub on the roof was great. The hosts were very hospitable and helpful, answered every question and at the end they efficiently helped us to "revive" our car battery :)

Top-Notch Apartment in a First-Class Location.

Beautifully presented apartment in a small, modern block just a few steps away from the beach. We loved the sea views from the balcony and the roof terrace (which has sun beds and a jacuzzi for the use of residents). It was a joy to wake up and take coffee on the balcony and we enjoyed the amazing sunsets from here too. The bed linen and towels were top-notch and the apartment was immaculately clean. Just wish we could have stayed longer! We would have no hesitation in booking here again if we were to re-visit Follonica. One minor drawback was the residents' garage; we found it nigh-impossible to steer our hire car into it! But there is street parking available and we always found somewhere outside to park (in October). In short, we loved it!

Luxury apartment in Follonica with great rooftop terrace

Our host, Ms. Martina, was so kind and welcoming. Shek Aldo provider us with great recommendations of attractions, activities and restaurants in the area. The house was verte modern and offered all the comfort and amenities that One desires when on vacation. The location was great and the rooftop terrace had an amazing view of the sea and a great jacuzzi tub.

A perfect holiday let next to the beach!

We have been staying in holiday lets for the past 25 years, at first with 2 - 4 kids, now the luxury of just together - the kids have flown the nest. Without doubt, this is the best organised holiday let we have experienced - the devil is in the detail - on arrival, we went straight to the supermarket to buy dishwasher tabs, sponges and washing up liquid, only to find that Martina has already supplied them, even coffee for the morning espresso - the towels are superb, details which we have actually learned to take by ourselves, sharp knives, a knife sharpener, all we have got used to taking with us, as there is nothing worse than a blunt knife - all unnecessary as all was provided! Parking great, 5 m from the beach, and 5m from a excellent fish restaurant - will we come back? we would be mad not too! Martina and Umberto! many thanks and as Arne said, we will be back!

Stylish Appartement with beach view

Our host was very friendly and flexible when we arrived a bit earlier than the official check-in time so we could move in upon arrival. The whole building is beautifully furnished and decorated. We liked the clean, light space and we spent every evening on our cool balcony watching the sunset. In the appartement you find everything to prepare your own meal, it is one the best holiday homes we have stayed in so far. Top tip: rooftop terrace on the top of the building!

Nyrenoverat och rent. Generös balkong där alla fick plats. Utsikten gick det inte att klaga på. Vi tyckte att lägenheterna var bättre än vad vi tolkade på bilderna innan bokning. Vi gillade också att det är källsortering och att boende satsar på miljötänket.

Att vår egna städning inför utcheckning var så detaljerad och straffpåslag om städningen inte dög. Vi förstår varför och turister samlar på sig mycket skräp på kort tid. Vi gillar källsortering så det kändes rätt. Fast storstädning kändes som vi redan borde ha betalat för i det priset för boendet. Men igen, helt rätt att boenden utomlands satsar på miljön och tänker på den nedskräpning som turister gör. Bra!

Szuper családi nyaralás

Csodálatos kilátás volt a teraszról. Csendes, szép, kényelmes szobák voltak. Zárt parkoló, ahol kényelmesen lehetett parkolni. Az esős napon esernyő volt kikészítve. A szállásadó hölgy egy tünemény.

Az erkélyen gyenge volt a wifi, így ott a laptopot nem nagyon tudtuk használni, de ez semmit nem ront a szálláson.

Heerlijk aan zee

Heerlijke plek. Het appartement is ruim, schoon, van alle gemakken voorzien en wij hadden twee balkons met waanzinnig uitzicht over zee. Het strand is perfect (en alleen de straat oversteken), zeker als je met kleine kinderen bent. Ze hadden zelfs een parasol en wat speelgoed voor op het strand. Aan alles is gedacht. De airco’s werken ook goed en waren stil. In de directe omgeving een supermarkt, bakker en groenteman. Ook wat restaurants. Voor de kleintjes ook op loopafstand een grote speeltuin onder de dennenbomen (wel veel muggen). Als extra nog een jacuzzi op het dak met ligbedden met ook weer dat waanzinnige uitzicht. Warm het ontvangst met snel uitleg over appartement en omgeving. Ik kan het iedereen aanraden.

Un petit paradis

Très bel immeuble de 4 logements. Nous avions une belle vue sur la mer, à 1min à pied de la plage. Appartement très bien aménagé, les propriétaires ont pensé à tout. C'était un séjour très agréable. Il y a plusieurs restaurants aux alentours ainsi qu'une boulangerie et un supermarché.

Das Apartment war geschmacklich lieb eingerichtet. Es war sehr geräumig, und rein. Kaffeemaschine mit einigen Kapsel war vorhanden.

Die Einschulung hat es eigentlich nicht gegeben. Wir haben eine FALSCHE Adresse bekommen. Nach Öfteren Telefonieren hat Sie uns dann in die Richtige Adresse gelotzt. Der Garten war ein bisschen vernachlässigt. Mängel waren die Gartensesseln. Die waren alle an der Lehne gebrochen und sehr desolat. Das sogenannte Pool war nur zum sitzen. Möchte noch gerne wissen, warum wir eine falsche Adresse bekommen haben???

tolles Apartment mit super Ausstattung

Das Apartment mit dem großen Balkon ist echt toll und die Aussicht aufs Meer wunderschön. Die Dachtterrasse mit Whirlpool (inkl.) bietet ein grandioses Panorama. Der Privatparkplatz mit Schranke war sehr praktisch, da nicht immer ein öffentlicher Parkplatz frei ist. Die Mitbenutzung der Waschmaschine im EG kam uns sehr entgegen. Das Apartment ist super ausgestattet.

Die Umgebung ist nicht die schönste. Vor der Haustür war eine Baustelle. Am Ende der Straße ist eine beliebte Bar, in der am Wochenende bis in die Nachtstunden lautstark gefeiert wird. Der Rollparkplatz vor der Tür ist stark frequentiert.

Modern, kényelmes, ízlésesen berendezett, jól felszerelt, tiszta apartman, tengerre néző panorámával. A szállás teljesen olyan állapotú, mint az a képeken latható. Kedves, segítőkész tulajdonosok. Toszkána nevezetes látnivalói csillagtúraszerűen elérhetőek. Csak ajánlani tudom mindenkinek!

Отличное место для отдыха!!! Новые,чистые, с полным комплектом для отдыха, свой паркинг, лифт, большая терраса и потрясающий вид на море . И ,конечно, очаровательная Мартина .У нас была в дороге очень неприятная ситуация и она очень помогла .Огромное спасибо. Рядом много кафе и ресторанов и просто красивых мест.
