This roomy home offers beautiful views of Lake Cumberland, and is centrally located near Lee's Ford Marina, with spectacular sunsets overlooking Pulaski county park and Fishing Creek. It has a large deck to relax with your family. This home is only minutes (1 mile) from Lee's Ford Marina and Restaurant which has available boat dockage as well as boat and jet ski rentals. It is also only 4 miles from Pulaski County Park which offers a free boat ramp launch and a public beach.
The home boasts over 1,800 square feet of space including 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, and an eat-in kitchen/dining area. The Master Bedroom has a King size bed, is located on the lower level and shares a bath with one of the other Queen bedrooms on the lower level. Another Queen bedroom on the upper level has its own full bath off a main hallway. The Living Room includes ample seating for 8, and a 50" smart, HD television for guests to access their streaming services. The futon in the upper living area allows for additional sleeping space if needed. The Kitchen with new stainless steel appliances includes seating for 6 at the table and 3 at the breakfast bar. Free wireless internet service is available.
This home offers the perfect getaway for 3 couples and kids but is also very accommodating for a romantic couple's getaway. Ample parking is available on the lawn for multiple trucks, boats, and trailers. It is located just off HWY 80 at the Lees Ford Bridge on a quiet neighborhood street.
Enjoy the outdoors with local fishing, golfing, hiking, and water activities including a public beach at Pulaski County Park. Located only eight miles from Somerset, there are many things to enjoy in the area including vineyards, a water park, theater, restaurants, and shopping. Somerset also boasts an active festival, car show, and music event schedule.
This home does not have water access, as it sits on a bluff, about 150 feet above the water and overlooking Fishing Creek. As you can see in the photos, the sunsets are stunning year round. Come see for yourself.

The property had a wonderful lake view with a covered deck. We spent most of the time outside so really enjoyed the property’s amenities outside. Great location to the Marina.
Kitchen contents adequate…. But very disordered. It would also be nice to have a mirror in each bedroom, reducing the need for people to be in the bathrooms.

the property and views were amazing. the bugs on the decks were very bad and the spider webs were thick. If I could change one thing it would be to screen in at least one sitting are outside and keep the spider webs knocked down. oh and maybe some better cutlery. still an amazing vacation and will more that likely stay again.

The location and view are great! It's close to town, but also close the the marina. My only suggestion is the have the back deck cleaned regularly and sprayed for bugs/insects. Other than that, really enjoyed the place.

Beautiful view . Sheets clean but worn out..didn’t stay mattresses well. Skimpy on towels and kitchen items. View awesome. Very buggy at night. Property could use updating
