Very friendly hosts met us to hand over keys and helped carrying the luggage up the stairs. Good flexibility with check in and check out times. The apt is huge with a nice homely decoration and attention to detail. Very convenient private parking space, which is rare in the city. Location is good for a nice walk along the main street.
Just beware it is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. Can feel a bit far from old town (20 min walk). Only one AC for the entire apt, but eventually managed to cool it down enough in peak summer.
